Hotels in Cebu Downtown, Lapu-Lapu City

The location was convenient since it’s near to supermarkets/malls. It was clean and the bed was comfy. But my only concerns were the noises at night. It seemed they don’t have designated quiet hours for the residents there. I could hear people playing table tennis till morning. I didn’t have a good sleep on my first night and I had a nightmare when I fell asleep. It seemed my body was not getting the proper sleep it deserved after a long trip to that hotel.

Swimming pool was closed due to the earthquake which hits in October 1st. That’s what they told me. Maybe it was just pretext. U can’t ask extra towel for your guest cos there is only you who paid for room. And therefore u have only one towel. 😂 Internet was crushing every hour. After midnight it stops completely.

Great place for vacation. Unfortunately, the pool was under maintenance during our visit. The SPA was wonderful! Absolutely recommend! Next time I will be there again definitely!

Our experience at this hotel was exceptional from start to finish. The check-in process was seamless, and the front desk team was warm, attentive, and full of helpful recommendations. The room was spacious, modern, and impeccably clean, with a comfortable bed and a tranquil atmosphere that made it easy to unwind after a day of exploring. We particularly appreciated the high-quality amenities, including a well-equipped gym and a relaxing lounge area. Breakfast offered a wide variety of tasty options, from fresh fruit and yogurt to hot dishes, all served in a bright, inviting space. The location was outstanding—close to major attractions, restaurants, and convenient transport links. The value for the price was excellent, and the level of service made us feel genuinely cared for. We would gladly stay here again on our next trip.

The hotel is very close to Ayala mall. If you are someone that loves shopping , then you should stay here. The staffs in the hotel are very friendly and accommodating. If you enjoy music in the evening, they have some live music in the lobby until 11 pm. You can also order cocktails or any drinks in the lobby bar. They have some very good ones. ”Gayuma ng Sirena. ” is a must try. Breakfast is also good just come earlier to be able to sit in the restaurant.

This hotel is perfect 👌 for access to all. We came for medical tests & easy access to labs. We also enjoyed the Starbucks directly across the street & helping hands massage 💆♀️.

Great place to stay. I will stay here again if I come back in the future. 2 mins walk from Ayala Mall. All the staff were helpful and friendly. We stayed in 21 Flor and I Love the Room very modernized And super clean , the view is perfect for early morning coffee , the buffet was good Bottled water is supplied to the room daily. Highly recommend.

We had a fantastic stay at Summit Galleria Cebu! We booked two connecting rooms, one with a king bed for us and another with two beds for our kids and it was the perfect setup for a family trip. The location is unbeatable, close to everything and directly connected to the mall, which made everything super convenient. Whether we needed a quick meal, shopping, or just entertainment for the kids, it was all right there. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the bellmen were quick, helpful, and always attentive. Their service really stood out during our stay. One minor downside: when the café closes and you're coming back from the mall, you have to walk around to get back in. But on our last night, we saw the café crew still inside after closing, and they kindly let us in when we knocked and that gesture made a great impression. Breakfast was another highlight it was delicious and included in the stay! The sikwate (local hot chocolate) was rich and flavorful one of the best I’ve had. Overall, our experience was wonderful and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting Cebu, especially families. Thank you for making our stay memorable!

Waterfront used to be our 'go to' every time we traveled here and while we plan to come back more now that the restrictions are lifted, we may be looking for other accommodations. Notably, it felt completely different than our pre-covid stay. Service used to be attentive and on the spot...now it seems distracted and unfocused on the customer. Food at breakfast was largely cold and not fresh and for what you're charging...everything should be fresh and warm, e.g. pancakes, fried eggs, bacon. Shocked that the one thing I couldn't wait to experience and share with my young children was the assortment of fruit, but there were no mangos....in the Philippines...no mangos. lol Lobby service seemed to be on their phones while we waited to catch someone's attention to order a drink. Everyone was polite, but the 'standard' seems to have fallen or relaxed considerably since our last stay. Facilities seemed a bit rundown as well. We booked a VIP suite and the carpets were wet upon arrival...apparently they had shampooed the carpets, but had not planned that far enough in advance to allow them to dry. The A/C was barely working in our room such that we were sweating at times in bed. I've had better stays....here and elsewhere.
