no hot water, no internet, no manager on site, management annoyed and not helpful, clothes left in room from previous guest, bathroom door broken and would not close, shower head did not work, left after 1 day

Very bad experience. Could not locate our prepaid reservation. Very slow to check in. Clothes from previous guests left in closet. Bathroom door broken. No hot water! No wifi! Shower didn’t work. The manager was not helpful and got angry when we asked for hot water or to change rooms.

We did our reservations through ******* and after a long drive to get to the property we were received by a nice man. We explained to him that we had 4 different reservations for one night. He proceeded to make a call to the lady in charge and passed her on to speak to my sister in law after he said we had made reservations online. When my sister in law started to speak to the lady she became very aggressive. The lady was very rude saying that we did not have reservations and that she had nothing else to discuss with her and I believe she hung the phone up on my sister in law. The man called her back and sent her a picture of our reservations and she then changed her attitude. I am not sure what bad day she was having but that is not the way you treat paying customers especially that we had already paid *******. Not the right person have running that property.

Responsable del "hotel" mal educada, mentirosa, poco atenta con los clientes, etc.... NO VAYAN A ESTE HOTEL JAMÁS!!! Reservan una villa y les meten en una habitación... Abandonas el hotel porque las instalaciones dan pena de mal estado, sucias y te dice que esperes 4 horas para devolverte el dinero y si lo transferencia... Lo hará???? Lo dudo. Tuvimos que llamar a Politur, que tampoco sirvió de mucho. Espero ayuntamiento, ministerio de turismo y quien sea, atienda mi reclamación enviada, porque es para enviar a sanidad, turismo y quien tenga alguna competencia. Fiesta en la piscina durante 5 horas con bebidas, música y piscina llena de gente bebiendo... Estaría bien si respetasen que los demás también tenemos derechos. Respuesta de la responsable que negaba serlo, sólo os habéis quejado 2 de 50....se puede ser más cara dura???? NO VAYÁIS!!!!!

Reservamos de manera directa con Josefina su propietaria, quien nos reserva una villa para 4 persona a USD$ 180 la noche. Al llegar nos meten en dos habitación sencillas que cuestan RD$57 Y NO NOS RERORNAN EL DINERO. Los empleados le tienen miedo y es muy grosera. Lástima que un lindo lugar tenga una propietaria como Josefina.

Wifi très instable, pas ou peu d’eau chaude, petit déjeuner inexistant alors que compris dans le prix de base, directrice uniquement joignable par WhatsApp lorsqu’elle le désire. Personnel sympathique et compatissant à notre situation.
