Good location. If you bought parking then you can park at other mgm hotels as well. You don’t get refrigrator for free so people uses ice to keep things cool..

Overall the place is good just that for us Asian at times we like to make Tea but this hotel doesn’t have any flask to boil or contain hot water. Even the drinking water is not complimentary. My room happen to caught a good view of the city of LA in the night.

Hard to find my tower to get in after I have done my self checkin and got the key card. One thing I need to complain is the mini bar inside the room. It’s huge expensive foods and drinks for that. And I went out to bought some Fiji water and snacks back to my room. The cleaning staff misunderstood that and charged me 35-50 bucks on my bill. Because they thinking I called them to open the mini fridge. I don’t know this before I checked out. I chooses to pay that extra bill just because I don’t want to waste my time to stay on the long line to fix with them. I told myself I just tipped for the room cleaning service that make me feel better when I left.

My first trip to LV in decades and my wife’s first trip. Room size was really the only positive throughout. Service was average, food was below average and everything including the tipping culture, had gotten pricier… Mini bar had sensors for all items and if removed for 3 seconds (like I did) it is automatically charged to your account If you’re not paying attention to your bill (they hope) then too bad, so sad… resort fees are 45 per night, which allows you to use the facilities, ice and toilet paper. Rooms do not have any personal care items, slippers or even a kettle to boil you own water but they do offer 22 usd bottles of smart water for purchase.

Excellent welcome, clean spacious well furnished room. Good valet service, helpful staff 👍 Direct access to the Vegas *****! Conveniently located, easy check in and out! Will be back!

I was looking forward to my night at MGM Grand but I was very dissatisfied and disappointed and here’s why: 1) the room we checked in had a pungent smell that is not bearable so we asked to move to new room. 2) new room assigned was okay but some stains on one of the bedsheets. 3) no fridge 4) on the entrance of the towers, it smells really terrible because of the cigars and smokers along the hall 5) WORST PART - you thought that it’s safe, including your car being parked in the garage, IT IS NOT! when I checked out, went to the garage only to find the back window of my car smashed. We were told by the security to call 911 but of course it’s not emergency. There’s no police available especially on weekends. The security did not contact the police, it was me who has to do it. The hotel manager said she can’t do anything till the security will submit a report that took so long. I ended up going to the police station by myself. I have no idea if until now the security submit the report to the management until now. 6) I was charged triple for parking fee. So I was charged in my card for parking fee and then has to pay $46 for a ticket. My car has to stay in the garage till have submitted my report to the police. $46 checked in 15:55 to 16:20 the next day. They refunded my $18 but still what’s $46 for? 7) until now, the management never reached out as to explain what happened nor compensate the troubles I had been through. As much as enjoy the pool and the restaurant, this incident just made my stay regrettable in the end.

I picked this hotel for our Vegas vacation because of my good experience visiting the restaurants and event place inside the property years ago (I was at Bellagio hotel back then ) and better price (Got what I paid for!) Traumatizing experience from Arthur. PROS 1) Location is really good and you can use the monorail 2) Vibe of the property is good 3)Hakkasan club/bar and Morimoto restaurants are just one of the best places in Vegas. 4)Big property with lots of happenings 5)Valet staffs are very helpful and polite CONS 1) ****** lobby reeks of cigarette smell and the area needs an update-- dingy carpets, dark dirty lightings, etc. 2) Room- Really old and barebone! Only hand soap, lotion, shampoo, conditioner(btw empty bottle upon check in) and body wash-- worst than a 3-star hotel. Water pressure in the shower is really weak, toilet paper holder is broken, and picture frame in the room has an old forgotten crack-- badly needs maintenance. (Housekeeping were good in that they tried to keep our room clean) 3) No complimentary bottled water, coffee, whatsoever in the room. No coffee maker or airpot nor glass to use as well. No fridge to be used-- overpriced bottled waters and bar took the spot. 4) SuperBAD Customer Service from Manager. (Frontdesk "Sofie/Dorie?" who checked us in at 2AM was awesome and sorry I didn't get your name). The Manager called Arthur is horrible. I questioned the "No Show Charge" ($253.10) and instead of explaining he kept on dismissing my complaint like I don't understand their policy. I bought and prepaid an added room night stay last minute from MGM app because we were arriving in an off hour time (delayed to 2AM)with a SPECIFIC NOTE of our ETA(confirming that we are definitely arriving!). I still got charged additional "NO SHOW" when we actually arrived(late)--even with a confirmation note to the management of our arrival in advanced. This almost amounted to me paying "double" --paying my own room and also paying again for showing late for my PAID room even if the management were informed of ETA which did not make sense to me(technically I have less than 9 hours use of the hotel upon arrival anyway so why am I being punished to pay again for my already paid room??). The manager tried to continue to intimidate me and bully me as a customer by threatening to call the security instead of showing the policy -- and this was because I was trying to look for that policy of "no show" and how I can be charged like that. We went back and forth with no resolution and no clear documentation on the issue and he still could not show anything from his part (he could only show me a "no cancellation policy" -- nothing to do with my concern and question). He became even more rude after and treated me like as "someone causing disturbance" after failing to show any explanation on their website regarding this weird charges as I continue to ask for it. I decided to apologize on my part if I was "annoying him" but I have told him again it felt like being "robbed" of my hard-earned money. You'd think he'd apologize at least but NOPE-- this manager just continued to be as abusive, atrocious and dismissive. The whole "conversation" revolved around Arthur being a a real bully, being brash, cutting me off and just threatening me for the "disturbance." He also accused me of "tiktok bullying" after I told him I would show to customers and record that documentation if there is any of the weird "no show" charge policy if he can show it( which he failed to find on their website).This person must have had received tons of complaints already (maybe TIKTOK real complaints too!) for this horrible abusive customer/person treatment and I could clearly understand why. This staff's accusatory tone & issues regarding "tiktok bullying" from me was his own negative projection and was like the final straw that made me just step back. I obviously cannot say anything more that would make this "broken and jaded staff" help and listen.

The MGM hotel and ****** was a ice exciting place, it was clean full of different restaurants an attraction wonderful place to visit, I will go there again,

Nice room great location easy mobil check in for room keys i like how they have two glassware for drink in the room and all the marble in the bathrrom a little better shower heads would be better as it was very low pressure but ok
