We arrived in the evening and the apartment was very dirty, there was even a dirty glass left out in the bedroom. The electric stove does not work, so we ended up wasting food we had bought. We contacted the property hosts via WhatsApp and *********** multiple times and even though they had read our messages (blue tick on whatsapp), they did not reply. The communication was extremely poor and we could have resolved everything if they had responded. We decided to leave the property and request a refund within an hour of arriving. We had left the apartment as we had found it but the hosts refused to give us a refund. Luckily *********** refunded us our money, as they also agreed it was not acceptable. Do not recommend.
