Room smell a bit musty at first entered, customer service was ok even tho I only spoke English the breakfast was awesome the pool is good too the food at the le pelican was aight… but overall the stay was good not too bad …. They cleaned n changed towels daily. Hôtel situated in a good place

I have diarrhoea when having Tapas in the afternoon on 7/12/24 at the bar ( some kind of fish) at the night I have so much stomach pain and went to toilet for many times. Hurt my stomach and tried couldn’t sleep all night. They haven’t provided me a duvet also. Only flat sheet on top of fitted. It feel not even worth the money for what I pay with what they provide.

The rooms was very small in smelling real bad I did not slept at all my bf wanted a refund because of the pictures on the web site was not clean like how it seems

My partner and I had a very good stay. Our room was very well located with a breathtaking view of the hotel beach and even that of the hotel next to ours. The rooms are well soundproofed, which is very pleasant for relaxing in the afternoon. The hotel reception was quite receptive to my request for a change of room because the one I was initially assigned was on the top floor and I have difficulty with the altitude. I plan to come back.

Very dirty room but hey that's not the problem, Only ants everywhere and we are not the only customers to complain. And they didn't want to change rooms or refund us
