We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was spacious, spotless, and very comfortable. The location was also excellent, making it convenient to get around and explore the area. A special thank you to Wendy (雪儿) for her exceptional personal service. She was incredibly responsive to all our questions and always replied promptly with helpful information. She kindly helped us place our first ******* order, which was greatly appreciated, and also assisted with arranging a late checkout. Her attentiveness, professionalism, and warm hospitality made our final day before departure so comfortable and stress-free. Overall, the hotel exceeded our expectations, and the outstanding service made our stay even more memorable. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Room was clean and spacious. Air conditioning was strong and cooling with added humidifier and standing fan. Checkin staff 贝贝was extremely friendly and engaging. Often checked on our stay satisfaction. Concierge staff guys (sorry I forgot their names) were also very helpful. They helped to book for all our tour tickets. Location is extremely good with connecting malls next door.

Excellent location. Stayed in Family room. 雪儿 at Front desk was most helpful and acceeded to our requests for daily amenities. Hotel has free washing machine and dryer services. Free delivery of washed and dried clothings to room. Clothes neatly folded as well.

For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. The nearby Xidan station gives access to lines 1 and 4, providing an easy way to reach Tien'anmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace as well as walking street areas such as as TQuianmen, Dashilan, Wangfujing and Shishahai. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. We often have problems with hotel beds but not in this case and at the end of our daily long walks we enjoyed a very good rest. The restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast with a large buffet with a variety of food and drinks, all of excellent quality. Last but not least, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, supporting us in bookings and providing us with information. In particular Xuanxuan/Candice supported us also through WeChat all along our stay. I strongly recommend Le Joy Hotel for a trip to Beijing!

Room was clean and spacious. Staff provided bottle water daily. Location of the hotel is connected to a mall, however, to get to the main entrance of the hotel you need to go through a small street with many bikes, cars, and packages in the way.
