The food is the same every day The hotel is too far from all facilities except the airport

The location is great. The proximity to the hotel is worth it. The Hotel staff was amazing.

I was very pleased with our stay. The lady at the front desk was helpful by allowing us to check in earlier. The breakfast was delicious. I would stay there again.

Affordable, modern and clean. Perfect hotel for a good nights rest before a long flight.

There has been no regular coffee in the room the four times we have stayed there. This time no blow dryer. The shuttle took over an hour to pick us up and then stopped at 4 hotels before the Park Inn. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are friendly but we will not be back. Also the breakfast was underwhelming.

We found the beds and linens too soft and “poofy”. Did not sleep well. Every thing else was great.

Great staff, clean room. I was staying solo & i got a single queen bed room that also had a hide a bed couch in it, great if you have children. Will stay again.

We had a very late arrival in Edmonton and the hotel arranged the shuttle to pick us up. We had a vehicle dropped off for us at the hotel and they kept our keys till we got there in the early morning hours. Service was very professional and I love the rooms that are very spacious. Breakfast is not the best but it is at least something to get you going in the morning.

Heating system was not working called staff but they didn’t fix the issue it was -32 degrees outside

Room and bed were great. Breakfast room was a bit messy, otherwise would probably give you 5 stars.
