Crystal Star Inn Edmonton Airport with Free Shuttle to and from Airport Reviews

The 80’s called, they want their hotel back! Needs serious updating. Bed didn't have bugs, I made sure to check, sp that's good.

A sizeable room, friendly staff and located close to the airport (with the bus). A basic breakfast, but serviceable.

Great place to stay. I use them all of the time! Friendly staff and very accommodating.

I was told there would be a pick-up service, but they didn't The reception was bad

Hotel it's very close to the airport also they pick you up and bring you over to the airport if you need too

The staff were very nice and the room was spacious, but the lighting was too dim, it was broken and didn't turn on, the coffee maker was dirty, and the facilities were sloppy.

Its always been my goto hotel everytime I am in the city. For the price and the size of the rooms you cannot go wrong. The rooms are fairly large and it has a fire place. Big enough place for the kids to run around. It has free breakfast in the morning! Overall, I like this place.

Staff at front desk are friendly and professional. However, the property is quite dated. My keycard did not work after switching 3 times. I was assigned to a different room afterwards. The suites are roomy but the furniture is rough (desk chair is all ripped up arm chairs). But you get what you pay for.

Rooms outdated very low lighting in room flickering on and off door lock was loose fixed it myself no real comforter on bed tv limited no microwave wouldn’t pay more than 65$ a night for the quality especially that for 5$ more you get better hotel in the same vicinity i will only go if much cheaper then all hotels around

Front staff was great but that’s where the greatness ends. Got to my room and it smelled like sewer which I’m sure was coming from the drain in the bathroom floor. One of the lamp switches on the wall was broken so couldn’t turn it on, tap in bathroom sink was broken, and worst of all one of the mattresses was so old and used it was literally sunken in in the middle. Also the beds only had 2 thin sheets to sleep under. I was only staying there overnight for a few hours so I didn’t ask to be moved to another room. Maybe I just got the one dud they have?

Regardless of the arrival time to the airport, they kindly send shuttle car at the 10 gate of the entrance at the airport terminal. The room was very clean and comfortable to stay in, and breakfast (included in the payment) was of good quality. It was worth paying instead of staying at the airport all night.

Property is very good and parking easy plus shuttle runs every hour to the airport, thumbs up!

I did not feel at all comfortable. Appeared pretty clean but I questioned cleanliness of sheets and pillow cases. Looked like they had been already slept in , perhaps because they were thin and wrinkled. I ended up putting towels over pillows! Property is very old and outdated. Staff were very friendly. Breakfast very sparse . Will not return.

The room was dark. Could have used some repair. The mattress had a spring sticking out of it
