The Bells - Luxury Serviced Apartments

We booked lutine for our wedding anniversary. The room was cute with a large TV and funky outside area with a large bath, however the room opposite had their music playing so loud. We spoke with reception and they said they would ask them to turn it down, however we were offered an upgrade to santa Maria a 2 bed apt. Santa Maria although maybe not romantic had more of a wow factor. The living room was so big with amazing art work and designer furnishings, and the hot tub was a nice addition. Only issues we had there was the shower hose was broken so couldn't get any pressure out of it and the rooms so dark ( creates a nice atmosphere) but it's hard to see when your getting ready. We travelled over 3 hours to get here but left saying we would possibly return in the future

Really friendly staff, beautiful apartments, amazing facilities, would definitely recommend staying here again and recommending it to others. Love the little treats you get also with the room, definitely worth a trip and coming again.

Stayed here with my wife in January. Stayed in Hosana. Hot tub was dirty (see pictures) which was one of main reasons for the stay. Outside area unclean with cigarette butt's left there, curtains didn't work and there is a room above the bedroom which is the flat above and no real sound proofing so can hear everything they do. Advised management and they basically just said they would look into it with no compensation or plan to put right. When you're paying this much for a room you expect a certain quality level and service level which The Bells fell very short of. Not getting a good night sleep and the hot tub being dirty is very poor. I did put a review on Google saying the same thing (with some plus points being the shower is nice and lounge are nice) however this has been removed which is very strange, can only assume they didn't like what I put and reported it. I would avoid this place or especially Hosana. Much better available in Leeds.

We have been given Big Ben Apartment instead Emmanuel which we have ordered. In one of two rooms the carpets were taken off partly. The room didn’t smell nice, so I think that was the reason the carpets were uncovering part of the floor, to remove the stinky smell. Our room basically costed £330. We didn’t pay any extra for Big Ben, although we couldn’t use one of the rooms because of the bad smell. Our first trip to The Bells was great, second trip wasn’t the best

This is the third time we have stayed at The Bells - each of the rooms are so different and unique so we are trying them all one by one. From the minute you walk in you know it is going to a special experience. The beautiful smell, the quirkiness and the grandeur hits you. James, the front of house, is a fantastic host - nothing is too much for him and he is so friendly. The rooms are amazing - we have stayed in Santa Maria, Big Ben and Great George. The view of the Minster is idyllic, partition the hot tub with a glass of fizz! This is an exceptional place and I would highly recommend it for a special stay.

I surprised my partner with a two night stay in Little John and she was bowled over (as was I to be fair). The attention to detail and quality finishes really make it quite special. Our bedroom and lounge in particular were really sung - was almost a shame to leave the apartment on an evening :-) James was on reception most of the time we were there and he was welcoming and friendly which really set the tone when we first arrived. Price was comparable with some apartments and hotels we've stayed in before but The Bells was a class above. Would love to pop back and try another room next time as they're all styled differently but look to be an equally high standard! Great location too - right next to the church so really quiet, even on the ground floor. Will definitely recommend to any friends and family looking to stay in Leeds! Thanks for looking after us!
