空調效果一點都不熱，熱水打到最大也才是温的，房間環境設施已經老舊，該重新裝修。唯一的好處就是停車方便，但是白天停車與電信公司上班人員停車一起會很緊張。前台服務人員不怎麼會用電腦，態度還需改善。價格還算便宜，總體不值得推薦。
