Pros: - Great Location - Very nice Spa and Wellness Area with nice views directly from the sauna Cons: - Poor Service: 7/8 orders were not brought to table according to the order (even though the orders were easy, 2 glasses of water and 2 glasses of wine for example) or were (partially) forgotten, waiting for 20+ minutes until a waiter arrives at the table and waiting another 20+ minutes for cold drinks like water or coke (at every (!) meal), no proper etiquette, e.g. not filling water or wine glasses, cleaning the table while people at the table are still eating - Very average kitchen: not bad but not worth the price, sushi felt store bought, barely any spices at the foods - The „Jause“ consists of leftover soup of the previous day and leftover vegetables of the breakfast. The cake that is additionally served is alright though. Conclusion: - The hotel seems to rely on its excellent location directly at the slopes while putting no effort in service and kitchen. I do not recommend staying at this hotel.

I stayed her for 2 nights for my birthday on a ski trip around Austria and this was the perfect start to it. Fun crazy drive up and a great welcome on check in. We had the dinner package and it was perfect and very filling. We upgraded to a tomahawk steak and it was cooked to perfection. Great apres ski entertainment and spa facilities. Only thing is the pool felt a little cold

Spent another few days in this wonderful place, Naturhotel, for me a dream come true location, very relaxed atmosphere, great service, fantastic food, with awesome entertainment by the owner as DJ, skiing area fantastic. Atmosphere always relaxed and chilled, great for couples but also with children a place to great memories.

Very nice surprise for us. Stayed 3 nights and were satisfied. Excellent and tasty food, nicely presented. The staff was nice. And the spa… with the view to mountains with first snow on the top! It was perfect relax. The rooms were spacious and clean.

We had a great Family holiday, we booked 7 nights, our son was at the Bike Park and we enjoyed the Hotel facilities and the hiking trails on and of the mountain. The room was very comfortable, the bad is also very comfortable to sleep in, Hotel was most of the time very quiet ( one family with small children had some effects 😀). Food is really good, we ate 7 dinners at the hotel and 99% was very tasty. Only complain is for the BEER , I would except better beer then what they offer ( on the mountain you can drink a great Asitz beer) Service- in the first few days was very disappointing but we saw that the team is new they gave there best but leading hand was missing, after few day came a big change and the service started to work like is should, the team is very friendly and welcoming, special that to Sascha , Philipp and Lena.

Das gesamte Hotel ist modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Lage direkt an der Piste ist perfekt für einen Skitag. Der Wellnessbereich hat alles zu bieten was man für volle Entspannung benötigt. Alle Mitarbeiter:innen sind sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit. Es fühlt sich an wie Urlaub bei Freunden.

Das Holzhotel Forsthofalm ist perfekt wenn man Schifahren und Wellnessen verbinden möchte. Die Lage ist ein Traum, der Schilift vor der Haustüre und vom Bett aus kann man abends die Pistenraupen bei der Arbeit beobachten. Das inkludierte Sportangebot und das Fitnessstudio mit Topaussicht ließen keine Wünsche offen. Beim Frühstück gab es alle Speisen mit Ei sowie ausgesprochen leckere Pancakes auf Bestellung. Außerdem konnte man sich gesunde Säfte selber pressen. Man merkt, dass in dem Hotel Gesundheit und Nachhaltigkeit groß geschrieben wird. Einen einzigen Kritikpunkt hab ich und das wäre der Föhn am Zimmer. Diesen konnte man leider immer nur kurz bedienen und dann musste er sich aufgrund des fortgeschrittenen Alters wieder einige Minuten erholen. Ansonsten 5 Sterne durch und durch. Besonders hervorzuheben ist noch das Personal, welches in allen Bereichen überdurchschnittlich aufmerksam war.

Das Hotel ligt in bester Lage direkt an der Piste nicht weit von der Mittelstation der Asistzbahn, also am Berg. Das Hotel selbst ist grösstenteils eine Holzkonstruktion von guter Qualität und Design. Sèdlage mit Terrasse direkt an der Piste. Das Hotel wird dem Anspruch Umweltschutz gross zu schreiben gerecht. Das Problem ist jedoch dass an einigen Stellen gespart wird und es an Organisation happert. Die Küche setzt gross auf Grillfleisch. Andere Gerichte bleiben aber bestenfalls mittelklasse. Auch das Buffet ist eher bescheiden, insbesondere im Vergleich mit den anderen Hotels in Leogang. Auch die Organisation des Spa-und-Massage-abteilung ist bestenfalls mittelklasse. Termine wurden bei uns vergessen, verlegt und wieder vergessen. Die Qualität der massagen ist auch überschaubar. Das Hotel ist im grossen ganzen gut insbesondere wegen der Lage. Anspruchsvolle Kunden werden aber viel asuzusetzen haben und wahrscheinlich anderswo in Leogang besser aufgehoben sein.

Ein Hotel, dass keine Wünsche offen lässt. Eine hervorragende Küche vereint sich mit einer reichhaltigen und überaus exklusiven Vinothek, extrem freundliches HotelMitarbeiter. Die Wünsche werden von den Augen abgelesen. Sowohl beim exklusiven Frühstücksbuffet als auch bei der Nachmittagsjause ist für jeden immer etwas dabei. Das Abendessen ist nicht zu übertreffen. Das gesamte Hotel ist extrem sauber und mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Es ist auch möglich, den gesamten Hotelbereich mit einem Rollstuhl zu erreichen.
