This hotel is well located in the center of Andorra, next to a main shopping street. The rooms are clean and comfortable and nothing in particular was missing from the amenities. Thank you to Gaby at the reception for being super helpful and welcoming even though we had booked last minute!

It's been a long time since I've been so unhappy in a hotel. It became clear to me that the only thing worthy of 4 stars is the staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. The criticism is that it's advertised as 4 stars, and I think it's 2 or 3 stars. The hotel is very old. There's a space in the room that serves as a closet, without doors, of course. If you're going skiing, this definitely isn't the hotel for you. The bathroom is the same, from the 1980s. You can see photos. The photos I provided bear no resemblance to the photos the hotel publishes, nothing! The breakfast was basic, in a dining room that's in keeping with the hotel's style.

We stayed for a week. The photo does not correspond to the size of the room. In the photo the room is larger than it is. Breakfast is good, for dinner there is not enough buffet with salads, snacks. We left early in the morning in the evening, asked to replace breakfast with "picnic", lunchbox. Naturally, nothing was done. The hotel is for one time.

Hicimos reserva con media pensión y fue un gran acierto. Los menús para las cenas estaban riquísimos. Hay tres platos a elegir tanto de primero como de segundo y de postre y con cualquiera de ellos se acertaba. Éramos un grupo de varias personas y todas salimos encantadas. El personal es muy agradable y atento. En cuanto a las habitaciones, muy bien equipadas y limpias. Todo de 10!! Totalmente recomendable.

Las habitaciones son muy cómodas y limpias. El desayuno bastante bueno y de calidad y la ubicación del hotel es excelente porque está en plena calle comercial. El personal de recepción, de limpieza y en general muy amable. Lo único malo es que la ventana de la habitación daba a un patio interior con tuberías.

Habitación amplia, la ubicación es muy buena para moverte a muchos sitios sin necesidad de utilizar el coche. Habitaciones reformadas. El desayuno muy variado tanto en dulce como en salado.
El parking un poco caro, pero al final te sale más a cuenta que dejarlo en un parking externo al hotel.
