L'hotel està en molt bona ubicació, a 5 minuts caminant del centre. La neteja de les habitacions es fa diàriament. Tot i que l'hotel disposa d'aparcament vam aparcar al parking públic que hi ha just al davant (3'5€/nit). El llit ens ha semblat força còmode.

Hotel has a good location, walking distance from center and main attractions but also in a quiet area. Personal was polite and respectful, offered a lot of information regarding our stay and were ready to address any complain we had. The room was very clean, same as the bathroom, also the view of the room was very nice, seeing the mountains in the distance. The bed was comfortable, had no issue to have a good sleep. Parking was free over the weekend. Overall a very good stay in Andorra, very good price quality ratio.

For how expensive the hotel parking is, the space is tiny, we could be a little more fair quality-price ratio. To park there, it is more convenient to park outside and leave the skis (in case you go skiing) inside the hotel in a special room.

El hotel está impecable de limpio, las habitaciones también perfectas, se puede alojar una persona a gusto la verdad. El parking es horrible, pequeño, anguloso, con unas rampas interiores complicadas, casi rozamos en las paredes. Pero lo más desagradable el señor de recepción, te explica las normas del parking con una prepotencia y una soberbia que hacía tiempo que no veía. Luego dicen que Andorra cuida el catalán en los establecimientos, pues la chica jovencita de recepción nos cambió al castellano al hablarle en catalán.
