電梯房，位置好，停車方便，乾淨衞生。房間非常漂亮，3個都是1.8的大床，床墊跟舒服，每間房都有衞生間，有一個卧室很大，最喜歡陽台風景，早晨看太陽，白天看江，晚上看噴泉，下次還會再來！

房東很熱情，還發了各個地方的特色小吃。房屋乾淨整潔，位置方便，特別是裏張公橋好吃街衹有300米左右，簡直是吃貨的天堂！

這是我住過最好的民宿，位置好，設施好，床墊，沙發超級舒適，2個大衞生間，4個洗漱台，人多也不打擠，乾淨衞生。還有好大的麻將牌，有投影儀，入住的小夥伴都滿意，下次來還會選擇

訂房的時候還有所擔憂，擔心離小吃街遠。我的媽呀，去了才知道，完全不用擔心，樓下很方便，到葉婆婆也近。最主要房東人很好，服務周到還很有耐心，五星服務。房子也很乾凈，我老公有潔癖，對這個名宿都很滿意，床睡得也很舒服，一覺到天亮沒醒過。看房子幹不乾淨就看廁所。幾家人住性價比也高，還有機麻，完全大小皆宜，整體來説，真的很滿意。👍🏻

到張公橋方便是唯一賣點。春節房價確實虛高，説是四個房間，有一個房間就是一張床墊，像個窩子，就是廚房改造的吧，有一間屋子兩張床，也不大，還放了洗衣機。衞生做得還好，整個設施略顯舊，客廳也也小，整個空間不大，確實不值1600的房價。不是過節人多不會住這裏
