房間乾淨寬敞
前台接待員小姐姐小米温柔又可愛
不管説什麼都是笑咪咪
我説想續住一晚，但是旅遊高峯期房都被定完了，她努力給我找了一間標間
我説第二天要早走，估計早餐還沒開始，她説可以明早給我打包好早點。
非常好的體驗，主要離大昭寺和布達拉宮都比較近。

這次到該酒店連住三晚，酒店2024年開業比較新，房間比較大，也很乾凈，洗澡水很大，前台客服小央和姚經理，打掃房間阿姨，工作比較認真，洗衣機如何運轉，不懂客服幫忙去設定，前台客服免費幫我升級房間，酒店進出也很方便，有自己的停車場，早餐也不錯，品種比較多，午餐晚餐都可以在自己餐廳裏點餐，價格實惠，比外面低，味道也不錯，阿里大環線玩好後，再來入住。

前台小米，其其服務熱情，也很耐心並積極的幫我們解決問題，辦理入住的時候也告知了的酒店設施使用， 房間乾淨衞生，早餐種類多也很好吃，洗衣房很方便，停車也很方便。離布達拉宮和大昭寺都比較近。強烈推薦大家體驗入住。

房間乾淨衞生，還是乾濕分離的，整體都是很舒適安靜，前台有個小姑娘小米還來房間幫我開了製氧機和加濕器，還幫我介紹了周邊的好吃的，真的非常感謝她，其他前台服務也特別好，很温柔超有耐心，有問題她們都會超級的解決！早餐也很好吃😋 還有現煮的麪🍜很不錯，反正這個酒店就是好 推薦推薦 來拉薩的朋友可以過來入住！！！

酒店房間乾淨寬敞，設施齊備，乾濕分離。而且還有個大停車場，這點很難得，周邊吃飯也方便，離八廓街不算遠，一路上邊逛邊看很有意思。尤其前台慧慧服務周到熱情，讓人印象深刻～下次再自駕來拉薩還是首選這裏！

別訂這家，我連訂幾天，遇到事情已讀不回，至今未解決。
1. 有監控的情況下，洗衣機故障導致我的衣服全部洗壞，物證監控全在，酒店已讀不回不處理，全程假裝機器人，還説是我使用不當導致的，意思我不會用洗衣機？
2. 房門刷不了電梯，我跑了五六次前台，都沒有給我解決房卡問題，每次都要走很遠等工作人員給我刷
3. 洗衣機是壞的就算了，還打不開，打不開也不安排一個工作人員，我每次都要打電話等很久很久，就為了打開個洗衣機
4. 寫了有送站服務，結果告知需要連住兩天才有，我不理解
最後，感謝攜程平台，整個溝通過程態度很好，非常感謝

水龍頭松的，大花灑壞的，洗浴的乾濕分離是分不開，加濕器一直漏水，住2天説了3次，人來過但是沒搞好，服務還行

這個酒店的設計是我住過最差的，洗臉的和床靠近，洗個臉水都弄床上。衞生間太小，上個廁所門都不能關，弄個門，弄了個寂寞，這樣的酒店也出來營業，坑人家，真是無語！衞生又差，服務都不好，最差評！
