房間還行，服務真的不行。不知道是不是少數名族的問題，還是個人問題。入住前已經提前溝通過，我們夜裡三點半才能到拉薩，是否能免一天房費。當時電話裏已經得到肯定答覆可以。開了 14 個小時的車到了酒店。當時已經是 3 點 34 了，我當時又問了一遍是否可以免一天房費，當面承諾是可以的。花了 1010 兩間雙房住三晚。訂單是攜程的。在第二天下午，給我打電話，説什麼他們的財務在問訂單不對，問我是否可以補一天的房費。我真搞不懂了為什麼酒店可以直接打我的電話，而且當時我在布達拉宮，這麼安靜的地方，我很尷尬的好不好。後來回酒店解決事，他們店長的態度我很不理解，就感覺我好像佔他們便宜一樣。現在來説説重點，你們是新開一年的酒店，衞生真的不行，兩間房間，地漏，床鋪都是頭髮。衞生間天花板是漏的。還需要我説什麼嗎。

這次預訂的酒店非常滿意，地理位置優越，旁邊就是新開業的新時代廣場，購物做按摩吃飯都特別方便，酒店的房間乾淨衞生，床又大又舒服，走廊的地毯踩上去很有質感，每個房間還都有免費吸氧機，因為剛到第一天就發生了高反，酒店工作人員還給我拿來了免費製氧機，必須得誇誇。另外，酒店早餐品種特別豐富，食材新鮮，總之是一次非常棒的入住體驗👍
