The room was clean and odorless, the bedding and towels were white and stainless, the hot water supply was stable and the water was sufficient. The front desk was warm and patient, and took the initiative to recommend surrounding food and attractions. Although there is no luxury facilities, the basic needs are fully met, the location is close to the business district, shopping and eating are convenient, the student party and the poor travel party close their eyes and rush ～

Very close to the Potala Palace, right next to it. There are many photography and travel agencies in the building, together with the rooms. There is oxygen supply and floor heating. There is a parking lot, but there are many people living there, so the parking space is very tight! The security guard will help you find a place, but it is difficult to park in many places, and other cars can easily bump into each other when they enter. It is a very old-fashioned hotel. The kind that will check the room when you check out. If the towels are dirty, you will be fined. I saw someone dirty the towel and fined 15

We stayed for three nights, two adults and one child. The standard 1.35m beds were a bit small, but we were able to combine two beds to create a super-large one, which was perfect for preventing our child from falling off – a really brilliant solution! The housekeeping staff cleaned the room promptly every day and replenished supplies thoroughly. After a long day of sightseeing, we were offered complimentary disposable saffron foot baths when we returned in the evening. Considering showering might not always be advisable in Lhasa due to altitude concerns, these foot baths were a true godsend and incredibly thoughtful! All rooms provide 24-hour diffused oxygen, and a standard personal oxygen supply is also complimentary. However, high-flow oxygen requires scanning a QR code for payment. The hotel's location is absolutely superb. It's just a 5-minute walk to Potala Palace Square. There's a park, airport shuttle stop, bus stops, and a shopping mall nearby, plus a large supermarket directly opposite. Jokhang Temple and Ramoche Temple are also just over a 10-minute walk away. The front desk staff were incredibly thoughtful; seeing I had a baby, they even gifted us a complimentary breakfast – I'm so grateful for that! All the service staff were polite, friendly, and always ready to assist. Before we checked out, the front desk also gave a small gift to my child, who was absolutely delighted. The driver providing the hotel's drop-off service also kindly helped us with our luggage, which was very much appreciated. Overall, our entire experience was exceptionally good. We'll definitely choose to stay here again on our next visit to Lhasa.

I have stayed in many hotels in Lhasa, and the most heartwarming one is Lan Ou Shangpin. The greetings and smiles of the staff are heartwarming. The room facilities are complete, clean and hygienic. The most surprising thing is that the buffet breakfast is rich and delicious. I rarely eat vegetables in Lhasa before, but the hotel cooks different dishes every day. So I stayed for five consecutive days. There were small gifts and lucky bags when I checked in, and fruit biscuits were given to me on the way when I left the hotel. I was really touched. Next time I come to Lhasa, this is my first choice.

The hotel's location is excellent for travelers, right in the heart of the pedestrian street and the vibrant nightlife area. However, taxis cannot drop you off directly at the entrance; they have to stop on the main road, requiring a short walk. If this is an issue for you, you might want to consider elsewhere. The service was quite thoughtful overall. On the first night, they offered complimentary snacks, fruit, and even 'goodnight milk'. However, these amenities weren't prepared in my room when I first checked in; I had to specifically request them. I assume they simply forgot. The facilities are what you'd expect from an older four-star hotel, and hygiene was decent. However, on the first night, the lights in my room kept turning on automatically multiple times, which led to a sleepless night. The engineering team fixed it the next day, but no compensation was offered, just a simple apology. When you're on vacation, you want to enjoy yourself, so I didn't push the issue. I just hope they can further improve their service quality. Overall, I'd still recommend it.

This time I stayed in two deluxe beds and standard rooms for a total of 10 nights. I am satisfied with all aspects of the hotel's facilities and services. At least the hotel facilities can help the two 70-year-olds in the family overcome the high reaction and adapt to the plateau. Facilities: As a four-star hotel in a high altitude hotel, it provides diffuse and nasal oxygen supply, humidifier, air conditioning heating temperature is high enough, there is sound at night, but it has no effect on people who often travel with earplugs and blindfolds. The quality of sleep is good. Basically, I adapt to it for one or two nights. No high reaction. Hot water is sometimes slightly unstable, but rarely appears, acceptable. The hotel has a rich choice of Chinese and Western breakfast, especially the salad dishes and fruits are very fresh, and the Chinese noodle stall tastes good. Although the coffee machine is broken during the period, the waiter will provide a good black coffee and the service responds quickly. Hygienic: Every day, room service comes in to clean, no sanitary corners are found, the water and disposable utensils in the room are also replenished in a timely manner, and the brand that changed the sheets will also change the sheets on the same day, very satisfied. Environment: The location can be said to be very good. We walked to Barkhor Street, Jokhang Temple and Potala Palace. Although the entrance is a pedestrian street, it is very convenient to take a taxi from the side door. There is an Internet celebrity restaurant on the sixth floor. If you are tired, you can eat directly. It is still the Potala Palace View Restaurant, which solves our dinner for a week. Service: The hotel concierge and the front desk will take the initiative to help carry the luggage. During the period, we will also send someone to help us solve the problems. The service responds quickly and has a good attitude. It refreshes my impression of the Tibetan hotel. Suggestion: The oxygen supply machine in the big bed room can be changed to a double exit nose in the same twin room. After all, there are many domestic big bed rooms that are also two people. Disposable soft earplugs can be provided to avoid oxygen generators and humidifiers affecting guests' sleep. Breakfast plus a yogurt category, because the plateau is dry, probiotics help digestion.

This is my sixth time in Lhasa. I compared several hotels before coming here and chose this hotel based on cost performance and comfort. The hotel did not disappoint me. First of all, the hotel is in a great location, just across the road from the park behind the Potala Palace. You can see the Potala Palace from the room, and it's only a 10-minute walk away. The hotel has its own parking lot, which makes parking convenient. When you walk into the hotel lobby, there are free hot drinks of Rhodiola rosea and ginger tea. After drinking two cups, all the hardships you have experienced along the way to 318 are melted away. Bai Ma, the receptionist, speaks softly and has a warm attitude. To be honest, the overall service industry in Lhasa is now at a higher level than that in the mainland. Butlers will deliver guests and luggage to their rooms, and provide complimentary sweet tea and steam eye masks. The room is equipped with floor heating, oxygen and humidifier, ensuring that tourists from all over the world can feel right at home. The window faces the back of the Potala Palace. The breakfast in the observation restaurant on the 4th floor is rich and varied, with both meat and vegetarian options, and very little onion, ginger and garlic, taking into account the habits of each guest.

Very satisfied with everything, the best is the customer service, always answer all questions. Buy an oxygen tube for RMB 10/piece, and you can arrange an oxygen machine at the lobby bar to provide free oxygen. There were sanitary defects, cigarette butts were found, we don't smoke as a family, but it was acceptable, the sprinkler pipe leaked, and the water pressure increased after cleaning. Everything was cured by the warm customer service.
