Thumbs up for this hotel. The hotel is in a good location, with Wanda Plaza next door. It is convenient to travel around the hotel, and it is convenient to go to the Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, and Tibet Museum. The room is clean and sanitary, and it is considered to be a relatively large area in Atour. It is very good. The room facilities are complete and new, and the Xiaodu speaker is also very smart. The breakfast is delicious, with freshly made buns, steamed buns and bread. Atour's health breakfast is also unique and delicious. The front desk service is good. When checking out, we were given warm mineral water. The warm temperature is very suitable for the temperature in Lhasa these days. This is called warm water in Atour. Warm water is very considerate. Thumbs up for Atour.
I have stayed at chain hotels in other cities before. The environment is not bad. It is close to the Potala Palace and the surrounding area is lively. The breakfast is also good.
This hotel can be said to be the ”most carefully built” hotel I have ever seen. Not only is the environment unique and clean, the hotel rooms are fully equipped, with diffuse oxygen and unlimited medical oxygen. The environment in Lhasa is very dry, the humidifier is super powerful, and the service of the hotel staff is really good. There are many exquisite thangkas hung around the hotel corridors, which are magnificent and pleasing to the eye, and the emotional value is maximized. Moreover, the hotel is in a good location, and the surrounding food, clothing, housing and transportation are very convenient. Free parking is available. Recommended

This stay experience is great! Must give the hotel a big praise!
As soon as I entered the hotel, the front desk staff greeted me warmly. The check-in speed was very fast. They also introduced the hotel's various services and interesting places around, which made people feel warm. During the stay, there is sweet tea and toffee.
The location of the hotel is also superb! There are various food streets, shopping malls and attractions in the surrounding area, and you can walk to it in a few minutes. Travel is also very convenient
The room surprised me even more, clean and tidy, warm and comfortable. The bed was moderately hard and soft, and I slept soundly at night. The sound insulation of the room is also very good, and it is not disturbed by the noise from the outside world. The bathroom was cleaned spotlessly and the quality of toiletries was very good.
This stay experience is really satisfying, next time I come here, I will definitely choose this hotel!
A very good five-star hotel in Lhasa. I like to see the scenery. The front desk girl arranged a good view. The house in the distant mountains is very Tibetan. The room is very comfortable. There is oxygen dispersion. The rest is very good. The breakfast is also very good. There is also Tibetan noodles. That is, Qingyu beef noodles. And butter tea is very good, the location is very good, you can take a walk to Robrinka and the Tibet Museum. Good time.
The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, with floor heating, air conditioning, oxygen supply, and humidification. It is conveniently located near supermarkets, restaurants, and taxis and buses. It is close to the Potala Palace, and the hotel can provide free delivery once. Breakfast is served on the 7th floor until 12:00, and the Potala Palace can be seen from the restaurant. The service is also very thoughtful and worth recommending!
The overall experience of the Vienna hotel this time exceeded expectations! The location is in the downtown business district, about 10 minutes walk to the Potala Palace, it is very convenient to go shopping and travel. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, and I slept very well all night, and the sound insulation effect was good after closing the doors and windows. The sound on the street was not very loud. Toiletries are complete, and makeup remover wipes and disposable face towels are also prepared in the front desk lobby. The details are in place. The front desk staff was warm, check-in and check-out were very fast, and they also took the initiative to inform the surrounding play guide. There is also a Hada for check-in, and there is a gift for King Kong for check-out. The breakfast is also very rich. Next time you come to this city, you will definitely choose here. Recommend to friends who pay attention to cost-effectiveness and convenience! !

GGuest UserWe stayed at the Shangri-la after a week of being in Tibet. It was a nice change from the more Chinese style hotels we had stayed in and was ideal for the night before our flight out. The rooms are great and we booked one with a bath. The shower was very powerful and hot. The breakfast buffet was, by Chinese standards, decent for western options and the evening buffer was good for approx 200rmb/person if you're in need of more western options.
The big plus for me was the gym. Decent by most hotel standards and had a good mix of resistance machines, cardio and free weights (mainly dumbbells of up to 20kg plus a pair of 27.5kg). The only thing missing from the gym really is a squat rack but otherwise very good. Would stay again.
BBaihulixianTraveling with my parents, we booked a room with a king bed and a twin bed, but they were not arranged on the first floor. The corridor on the twin bed floor always smelled of cigarettes. I hope to add non-smoking floor options.
The VIP building is a little inside the hotel entrance. The car has to be driven in specially, otherwise it is just walking in at the door.
The room facilities are quite satisfactory, the bedding is good, there are offering facilities, which are provided from night to morning, and the switch is convenient. The first day was provided until 7 o'clock, and the second day was gone at 6 o'clock. The official time is 6 o'clock. The dry and wet separated bathroom, that is, the bathroom has no door, which is actually a bit embarrassing sometimes.
The biggest problem is that the room is too hot... Because there is no cooling demand in summer, the air conditioner can only ventilate at most. The window can be opened but the wind cannot come in. The room facing south is still very hot until the evening. Thank you for the sun in Lhasa.
Fruits and snacks are provided at the door, which is life-saving. The tea provided is of good quality, and the breakfast is OK. It has what it should have. I especially praise the tsampa, but the waiter needs to make it now, and someone needs to ask. The room service is better than the front desk.
All in all, it's a state-owned hotel with no special services, but the overall price/performance ratio is good.
YYunniangziyouI stayed in the cheapest and most common room type. The disadvantage is that although you can see the garden on the first floor, it is not worth seeing. The hotel is relatively large. If the room is arranged closer to the inside, it may take five or six minutes to enter and exit the hotel door. .
Anyway, except that there is no bathtub and the bathroom is smaller, other facilities, environment and services in the room are all five-star standards.
I was originally worried that the state-owned hotel facilities were old, but that was not the case. They should have been regularly repaired. The toilet is the latest intelligent warm toilet. The Yuyue medical oxygen supply device can diffuse moisture throughout the room at all times. The other furniture and decorations do not have a shabby feel. The toiletries are all in disposable mid-to-high-end small bottles. The hot water for showers is large. It's very hot, fully equipped with clothes hangers, shoe wipers, high-end green tea bags, two large reusable bags, white ceramic tea cups as clean as new, trash cans clean and not covered with plastic garbage bags (it can be said that every trash can is changed, high-end hotel processing method)
I don’t know why the platform said that some rooms do not have air conditioning, but my ordinary room also has central air conditioning.
The most satisfying thing is the breakfast, which can be said to be six-star. No wonder the separate charge is 98. It can be said that the variety is complete and the taste is good. It includes several kinds of Tibetan snacks, yogurt and butter tea, as well as Chinese and Western breakfasts and drinks. This is surprising, and few state-owned high-end hotels can do this. I happened to be not in a hurry in the morning, so I ate slowly for more than half an hour, and the waiter was also very patient in serving me. Thanks!
Maybe I was so comfortable that I forgot to take pictures.
GGuest UserDuring my stay at this hotel, I was impressed by its excellent service and high-quality facilities. The rooms are spacious and bright, well-equipped, and the beds are comfortable, making people feel at home. The hotel staff is enthusiastic and responsive, making it very convenient to check in and check out. In addition, the hotel has a superior location, convenient transportation, and complete dining and shopping facilities around it. Overall, this hotel has won my high praise for its excellent service and comfortable accommodation. I highly recommend this hotel to friends who are traveling for business or leisure.
GGuest UserThe service of this hotel is really surprising, and from the moment you step into the lobby, you can feel the warmth of being at home. The front desk staff smiled kindly, the check-in was fast and professional, and also took the initiative to introduce the hotel's facilities and surrounding food. Room service responded quickly and needed any items a phone call was needed and delivered to the room in a few minutes. The cleaning aunt cleaned very carefully, even the corners were spotless, and the room was as clean and comfortable as new every day. The night shift service is also very intimate, and you can check in quickly when you arrive in the middle of the night. Luggage storage service makes travel easier. Such thoughtful and meticulous service makes people can't help but want to give full praise.

GGuest UserThe hotel's room service is very good, especially the room attendants Laqu and Qiongji's attentive service and good room hygiene. I would like to praise these two waiters.
GGuest UserThe hotel isn't to far from the Portola Palace (a short taxi trip). I wouldn't say its a true 4 star hotel.
The room was a good size, quiet and didn't smell of cigarette smoke. The room was a little worn out; I couldn't get the TV to work, the mirror on the wet bar area was cracked, there were marks to the walls where paintings/pictures had once been. Most annoying was the shower cubicle and the shower over the bath had only cold water! On my last morning the power was off in my area of the hotel and the lift was not working due to the power outage.
The hotel staff do not speak English, but one lady working on reception was especially nice and helpful and we were able to communicate by using the translation app.
There are lots of restaurants near by, but next time I think I'd prefer to stay closer to the Portola Palace.
