預訂頁面房間和實際房間照片不符合，應該是部分房源的照片。（預訂頁面照片裝修新穎一些，可能是熱銷房源引流？）
建議圖片可以規範一些，若是改房型有多套房源，標題可以提醒客人，不然很容易引起客訴。
房間衞生也可以再悉知一些毛髮比較多，房間要多通風煙味比較大。
也有做的好的：塑料拖鞋會重新拿塑料膜包裝（有已消毒標識） 給客人較多安全感，也有可能是客房洗了自己套進去的，因為塑料膜內還比較多水。酒店人懂得都懂。

房間夠大，床也很大。樓下是ktv、一起進電梯的人裏還有抽煙喝酒的，離主要街道步行十分鐘左右即到了，也很近。
前台説免費給升級換了個房型，結果上去一看，還不是原來訂的那個嗎🙅🏼♀️怎麼張嘴就來.無語😓。

這酒店沒有任何服務可言。你房間有什麼問題他們都是搪塞過去的。房間有各種的醉屑，也有非常大的味道，有蟑螂，也有蜘蛛。洗手間非常臭，我也不知道是哪裡來的屎味經常從馬桶裏傳出來，毛巾也是黃色的，洗澡的花灑完全沒有水壓，一絲絲的在滴水，不要説是女生，就算是男生也洗不了一個完整的澡。燈光非常昏暗，房間亦充滿煙味，窗户也鎖不了，沙發和椅子都有不同的煙硝和發黴過的痕跡。另外房間也沒有冰箱。完全不會再考慮入住。商務客房就這樣，還敢收人民幣600多塊一晚，十分有被坑的感覺。建議大家千萬不要入住。
