酒店位置在聊城水上古城內，距離十大名樓之一的光岳樓僅有100米左右，逛古城非常方便，古城北街有一家滋補燴麪，水餃，炒餅經濟實惠，味道不錯 ，古城東街有一家高唐老豆腐很有地方特色。

原來聊城縣委招待所，地方夠用，停車場巨大，設施比較簡陋，酒店比較安靜，在中華水城的正中心位置，逛古城可以首選，給的評價不好，是因為定位不準，外地人很難找到，搜尋不能用百度地圖，要搜尋酒店的南門，不是水城南門，依舊是攜程會員收取按金，不過退的也快，保潔人員，在沒有允許的情況下，開門進入，我還在廁所，真尷尬。推薦住，但是不要要求太高。

這個酒店的位置不錯，就在步行街旁邊，服務人員態度好，解答問題耐心，但設施設備較差，床上的墊子彈簧咯人，躺下稍微一動就發出響聲，影響睡眠，衞生間洗澡的水流到房間裏，因為沒有格擋，沒有瓶裝水，用大桶灌水，感覺不衞生不放心不敢用。

就在古城中心，有自己的院子，車可以停在院子裏，地理位置十分優越！服務員挺熱情的，出來指引我們進院子，院子有保安看管，非常安全！房間面積適中，衞生情況還行吧，熱水很好！價位低，性價比高，很適合旅遊住宿。

酒店在水城景區內，想着能省點體力，訂到這了，酒店不叫維多利亞國際酒店，實際上是海源閣酒店，是當地的品牌，裝修比較舊了，房間內設施陳舊，被褥難聞，春節期間定的，房間特別的冷，沒有采暖，靠空調製熱，熱水不穩定，忽冷忽熱，手差點被燙掉皮，電視是模擬信號，忽閃忽閃的，簡直是這輩子住過的最差的賓館。
