床上不乾淨有頭髮 廁所地漏太臟了 浴室沒有拖鞋 也沒有放淋浴用品的架子 前台服務態度 惡劣 對待客人 沒有笑容 早起退房 前台坐着聊天 對客人 帶搭不理 房間有異味兒

單位來客人，領導讓定房間，隔了一些天我來開發票，前台工作人員服務態度極差，出示攜程訂單告訴我開不了，必須説出來客人姓名，要不查不了，全程無笑臉，好像我欠她錢一樣，不光對我這樣，開發票電腦不好使了，我在這等了很久，有其他來辦理入住的人，也是沒好臉色

前台的服務超級差，雖然是疫情期間！但是她以我有過長春行程不讓入住！這疫情期間我可以理解。我一週的的核酸都是陰性y也提供了，最離譜的是我朋友先入住的就可以入住（我們都是一樣的行程。）疫情當前這是隨機抽選麼？不應該一視同仁麼？而且我一而再，再而三的要求和經理電話溝通。她一再拒絕！（前後墨跡了半小時）這種前台真的好像**好像有問題。很影響酒店。最後是在經理的溝通下成功入住了。9月7日晚9；的前台真的超級差勁。
