前台態度差，顧客有疑問回答非常不耐煩，似乎打擾到前台玩手機刷視頻了呢，酒店設施陳舊，感覺都沒怎麼維護保養了，同等距離，建議大家還是看看別的酒店，這裏花錢也買不到服務，我們也是聽説這個酒店在以前也算得上數一數二的，沒想到現在變成了這樣，挺失望的

設施一般，衞生極差，洗手間尿燒味太重，被子不舒服，潮濕，環境惡劣，服務及差，門還是壞的，早餐什麼都沒有，白開水都沒有，及品的垃圾，被子是我自己買的一次性旅遊被套，房間地毯很臭，很臟兮兮的東西在上面，房間灰塵太多，不適合任何旅遊出行住宿。

三天兩夜玩的很開心，第一天睡到自然醒出發去騰龍洞，出酒店門左轉過個早，過馬路公交直達騰龍洞旅遊客中心，遊客中心有大巴送進去，回來的時候也可以自己走不建議很遠，估計在騰龍洞走個來回就沒有體力去在走出來了，也有車接，附近吃食多的眼花繚亂，楠火鍋裏面的冰湯圓很絕，推薦推薦五顆星

四線小城市訂的400多的套房，我以為會有很好的體驗，衞生極差，房間狀態老舊，根本沒有任何的服務，續住一天，沒人打掃房間，頭一天答應延遲退房，第二天，服務員説電腦計費，是的，這是你們的規定，我能夠理解，但是能不能相互理解？一線城市的高級酒店都可以有商量，我承認我不好的體驗，本來是不會給差評，但是這個事情讓我非常非常的不理解，延遲一個小時，要收半天房費，你們是搶錢嗎？

老破舊的酒店，房間噪音很大，衞生條件極差，上一個客人用過的馬桶都沒有刷乾淨，衞生間毛髮很多，面盆上的水垢很噁心，早餐極其簡單、難吃，不會給朋友推薦
