This is an apar**ent without actual reception, only online service.Besides this, the elevator is occupied by a trailerand we have to climb up with the luggage, what is worse is that we found the door cannot be locked inside. The locker is not matching the hole. Then we tried to contact the customer service. They let us to wait for their feedback and refused to provide any other solution. After 1 hour we still not received any call from them, so we called them again, they were becoming so rude and still let us wait where ever we want, no solution and no mechanic repair either. That was quite late in the evening around 10 pm and we still didn't know where to live.we supposed they can provide somewhere else,but anyway we cannot live there since we feel unsafe to live in somewhere we are not familiar with the door cannot be locked inside. They did nothing but just repeadly said it was our choice to live there or not. Finally off course we did not live due to abovereason, it is not trustworthy. and we didn't receive any call/solution from them in the end.nothing! So by my lesson, pls don’t be cheated by their room pictures, it is in a terrible building with terrible service.

It was close to a squat. Broken glass n furniture in common areas. There were 5 hammer marks on the door where someone tried to break in to the apar**ent. There was a homeless guy living in the stairwell ffs. I had to leave n find somewhere else. Despite telling ******* all the they have failed to get back to me….

Totally neglected. Homeless people use the access space to sleep and drink. The apar**ent is newly renovated but dirty and not well maintained

absolutely unsanitary entrance hall and broken elevator. the apar**ent is very beautiful but located above a nightclub so the floor vibrates all night long. fast and attentive customer service

Very limited state in terms of cleanliness (sticky floor on the landing and in the apar**ent) Remains of old food left by former tenants: stale rolls full of mold .... so no cleaning between tenants. No blackout curtain or shutter in the rooms, so wake up at 6am. Spiders on the walls, More bits of construction paint on the windows. Very dirty windows. Very limited toilet bowl. In short, rental to be avoided because the minimum is done by the owners. Of course, no pictures of unfinished rooms on the site! Very very disappointed!

Après quelque petits problèmes nous avons été transférés à celui ce de Saint Gugluf Super appartement mais j’avais réservé pour 2 personnes avec la chambre est le canapé mais pas de drap pour le canapé Le frigo donne du chaud à la place du froid 🤔🤔 Voici pour les petits problèmes mais le reste a été très très bien j’ai bien noté l’adresse et y retournerai d’sans problème

Appartement sale. Pas de personnel. Douche cassée à notre arrivée, pas de lumière dans la salle de bain .. des toiles d’araignées au plafond… A ÉVITER ABSOLUMENT Aucune réactivité de la part du personnel (siège à Bruxelles) aucune réponse à mes nombreuses demandes.

J'avais déjà utilisé le système smartflats avant pour le boulot, sans aucun problème, et j'avais trouvé la formule très pratique (pas très propre mais spacieux et pas cher). Mais cette fois-ci, en famille, il y avait eu un problème avec notre réservation, faite depuis leur site internet et qu'ils avaient d'ailleurs validée et confirmée par email. Je précise: il n'y a aucun problème de solvabilité de notre côté, vraiment juste un problème avec le prélèvement de la caution, qui n'est pas passé, et dont nous n'avions aucune connaissance. Première chose à dire: personne ne nous a informé qu'il y avait un problème avec notre reservation. Par contre, au moment du check-in, nous n'avons simplement pas reçu nos codes d'accès au bâtiment. Pour info, le check in se fait via internet, avec documents d'identité et photos récentes à téléverser ce qui n'est pas pratique depuis la rue avec un téléphone quand il fait froid. Sans codes d'accès, on a donc téléphoné. Il était 17h00. Ils ont passé 1h45 à identifier le problème. Une fois le problème identifié, ils nous ont dit que si ce n'était pas réglé dans les 15 minutes ils ne feraient rien pour nous avant de nous raccrocher au nez. Après cet appel, nous avons réagi immédiatement et leur avons envoyé tout ce qu'ils demandaient en les rappelant immédiatement mais ils n'ont simplement plus jamais répondu à nos appels ni à aucun de nos emails. Nous avons donc été laissés à la rue avec notre petite fille de 3 ans et complètement choqués par ce qui nous était arrivé! Après avoir perdu 2 heures dans le froid avec eux, nous avons pas chance pu trouver un autre aparthotel en moins de 15 minutes, dans lequel notre séjour s'est très bien passé.

Nous somme arrivé a 16h comme convenu, l'appartement n'était pas encore nettoyé, on a du attendre dehors jusque 18h. Aucune solution nous a ete proposé pour récupérer les 2h perdues. Malgré de nombreux appels de notre part. Le service client a ete tres désagréable et n'a rien fait pour nous aider ou trouver un compromis.
