The hotel's location is quite good. We upgraded to a snow view room for free. The room layout and bedding are very comfortable, not inferior to the surrounding Banyan Tree and Jinmao Hyatt. The customer service staff is responsive and I would recommend it to my friends.

Before coming to Lijiang, I didn't pay attention to the fact that the high altitude area here can cause physical discomfort.
