衞生條件非常差，早上臨走在枕頭底下發現別人遺留的耳釘，是沒換床單被罩嗎？被子上也有污漬，洗澡洗一半發現沒有洗髮水，跑樓下去要。毛巾裏面有頭髮，我都不敢用，用自己衣服擦水，節假日漲價可以理解，但這樣的都賣到370多了，衞生不能搞好些嗎？連別人用過的肥皂都沒收，真離譜

是我這麼多年遇到的最差的客房，床上用品感覺是沒更換清洗，房間內連礦泉水也沒準備，洗澡的熱水是太陽能，温度很低，根本沒法洗澡，況且看了衞生間的情況，根本就不想洗澡。總之，住這個酒店是這次雲南六天遊最糟心的事，本來還想在雲南呆兩天，住了這個店後，衹想馬上回家洗澡洗衣服了。這個是退房時的照片。

避雷1、5月2號到的天氣挺冷的我們在三樓不向陽，當時有兩個空房，問我們要那間，我們問哪間比較好，他説3樓的光線好一點，結果窗户邊上就是牆）房間裏很陰森,晚上腳都是冰的，電熱毯不能用；2、洗手間下水道晚上一直有流水的聲音很吵，馬桶那裡好像在噴水；3、淋浴噴頭出水很少；洗臉池沒熱水，真的很冷；4、桌子上有沒收走的煙灰缸（塑料盒裝的）5、房間的門很難開我們着急出去開了好久，不是那種刷卡進入的；6、不提供礦泉水；7、雙人床拖鞋衹有一雙；8、浴室燈不好關；9、衞生間壁飾是沐浴露和洗髮水僅剩沐浴露的盒子，而且是空的。提供的袋裝的，不夠我們用兩天。10、我們第一天晚上回來樓道都不開燈.麗江客棧均價不高，我們在五一期間住到這家屬於中等價位。不帶任何私人情緒，就事論事，相比於前麪在大理的民宿真是高下立見。

沒有熱水，我是習慣早上洗澡的，今天起了個大早結果水池沒熱水，花灑沒熱水，全是冰的，且房間空調遙控器不知所蹤，被子很薄，起來就一直打噴嚏，也沒睡好，從來沒有給過任何酒店差評，這回真的很難受😣

店家還是挺熱情的，但是衞生體驗感不好，房間抽紙都沒有，放抽紙的盒子裏是上一個客人用完的空殼子都沒扔；洗漱台上的香皂是開封了的，上面都是使用過的痕跡；水也不熱。

這家酒店值得推薦性價比很高，房間挺乾淨的而且很大設施也齊全，還有空調，前幾天住100多的房間都沒有空調，美女老闆人也很熱情，主動給我們升級了一間家庭房，就這個價格在古城真的很值，而且緊挨着南門地理位置好
