Hotels in Euralille, Lille

Very good, but I wanted to stay for one more day. The reception does not accept cash payment, but can only pay on the website, which is a bit troublesome. The design of the hotel is good.

Very good location, next to the mall, easy to find food. Simple room, no air conditioner, but there is a fan if it's hot. But the weather is cool and comfortable. The bathroom and toilet are separate. There is no trash can in the room, only in the bathroom. There is wifi. The staff is friendly and communicates well.

Convenient location, right across from the Lille-Europe station and close to the main subway station and the city center. There is a Carrefour market in the Westfield shopping mall across from the hotel, which was great. The hotel is a bit old though. There is an AC, but it is not strong, and I can only control weak to strong instead of exact temperature. I recommend this hotel for its convenient location.

The location is good, but the hygiene is not very good. There were mosquitoes as soon as we entered the room, and we also found spiders later😢The bathroom design is very strange, there is no bath screen or shower curtain to separate dry and wet areas. I have booked many hotels on the trip.com platform, and this is the one with the worst experience. In addition, two hotel platforms in a row did not notify the hotel of opening a sofa bed according to the reservation remark. The hotel was not prepared at all. Fortunately, the hotel acted quickly and only delayed about 15 minutes. It may seem like a small matter, but the experience is real. Difference.

Room No.36: All staff were nice. The hotel is located just a few minutes walk from the station and the Eurallile. The room was sufficient for our stay in Lille. Super clean. Excellent litter. Nickel heating. No view on the street (only on a courtyard), which is perfect for a good night to spend in peace except a noise from turbines or others (I don't know!) but it didn't bother me. The bathroom in our room is not very large and is not suitable for large or high-sized people. There was a little attention for our arrival (New Year), a little gentle word, good wishes and a little present. It was a nice thing. I thank them again for this little attention because I didn't answer (no pen!) to the letter. The breakfast is broadly enough and is, sincerely, very good. The lift is very narrow and small but sufficient. Airlines are very good and very good. In summary: 2-star hotel that deserves to be known. Francely a very good 2 stars +++++. A small 2 stars

We have been visiting this hotel for 6 or 7 years, twice a year. Always impeccable with the best of parking at an attractive price The reception staff are always polite and attentive, especially the night team. For us 9/10

The room is very clean. It is next to the train station and you can walk one kilometer to the city. There is a large shopping mall next to the hotel. The front desk is very friendly. I recommend it to friends who come to Lille to stay in the hotel. Temporary parking is available at the hotel, and it is also very convenient for customers to pick us up.

The receptions are really helpful, she is pro-active to assist before l asked for my wises. The room is bigger than standard as it has an extra sofa which can turn into additional bed and also a extra table for snacks. The WC is seperate from the shower, and you can take a shower with either a stand-bath or shower-tub. But most important is hygiene and they are doing really well. The location is right next to station and also shopping mall EuraLille. The breakfast is not amazing as not much warm meals you can choose from beside scrambled eggs and mini Bratwurst however there are enough various for breakfast.

Ideally located between the railway station and the old city center. Very friendly and helpful staff. Clean room, very comfortable bed. Lovely breakfast with home-made treats (the cake is not to be missed!) Excellent price-performance ratio. Highly recommended.

Spacious room, sufficient for two colleagues. Thoughtful amenities, provided additional pillow options, as well as turndown service. Good strong coffee with Nespresso machine. WiFi wa rather intermittent, kept getting disconnected during zoom online meeting but otherwise able to do emails. Short walk to conference venue (Lille Grand Palais). Limited food options nearby, often walked to Lille Flandres side or Town Centre for meals. Service was very responsive, some housekeeping staff were able to speak English. Nice touch at the end with door chocolates upon checkout. Overall a good experience.
