Staff was extremely friendly and helpful at all hours of the night (especially Carlos!) The room was comfortable with good air conditioning. Excellent location and close to absolutely everything !! Breakfast was very good as well. Hot tub is not very hot but the view is beautiful !

I enjoyed the mini suite, the friendly staff, the ability to walk freely and dine and experience the beautiful scenery, shopping near by. If i was able to stay another week, i really would.

A disaster. No swimming pool as advertised. No compensation given... not even a compliment (e.g. a Pisco at the hotel bar) after we told them we had selected this hotel because we wanted a swimming pool (QP wouldn't even have appeared in the selection of the hotel being the pool one of the criteria, hence we wouldn't have been there for a week). Jacuzzi was cold as it was prepared 30' before the given time (btw, it shouldn't have been cold anyway but warm for all the time slot agreed - especially as it is outdoor)! When we had arrived, it was cold. The window of the jacuzzi were dirty. The receptionist said there was nothing they could do. The breakfast of a 4-star-hotel cannot be advertised as an 'American' breakfast if it is only: bread, strawberry jam and eggs. It is deceiving as the swimming pool thing. For two days we had paper towels and from the third day just a towel each... no bathroom rug. Check-in the first night took forever. Not satisfied for the price we have paid.

The staff was nice and helpful at this hotel. However, we honestly expected more from a 3 ½ star hotel. The breakfast was fairly basic but was included. The rooms were fairly small but due to the humidity in Lima, it seemed like there was possibly some mold in the showers. Location was fairly good, but I thought we were going to be a lot closer to the downtown area of Miraflores (still only about a 7-10 minute walk).

I was expecting some more options on their breakfast, not just fried eggs every morning. Otherwise, this hotel is really good, safe and clean.

very nice hotel, the staff is very friendly. it is very clean and quiet and has an excellent location near parks, and restaurants. muy bonito hotel, el personal es muy amable. es muy limpio y tiene una excelente ubicación está a cerca de algunas plazas y cerca de Bruenos restaurants
