We stayed in one of the deluxe rooms at Naia Miraflores and found the room to be spacious, clean, and the bed very comfortable. The location is also great — central and convenient for exploring Miraflores . However, our experience was let down by some frustrating service issues. We arrived around midnight for check-in, having reserved two rooms, and were informed that only one room was ready. We were asked to wait 20 minutes for the second room. We politely asked if we could be given a different available room type instead, but were told we had to wait. Despite check-in being from 3pm that day — and our having paid for the full night — the staff offered no explanation or alternative. It felt like our concerns weren’t taken seriously. Additionally, the shower water in the deluxe room was cold, which was another letdown. If you're arriving late, we recommend calling ahead to confirm your room is ready to avoid a similar inconvenience.

The room environment is good, the hygiene is OK, and the hotel service is very good.

The room is big and the breakfast is simple.

Breakfast is relatively simple, there are fried egg bread, pastries, juice, but no fruit, barely strong. The room is a bit small, but it is relatively neat, double-glazed soundproof, the only bad thing is that the toilet has no ventilation, the only hard injury, the other is very good,

It was the cheapest hotel in the area, but it was very clean and the value for money was great. The Wi-Fi was also very fast, reaching 100mbps.

A good value for money hotel (depending on prices and dates) for a capital city. 10 minutes walk from Parc Kennedy. Shops, banks, restaurant, transport nearby. My 2nd stay in this hotel. Large room, bright and quiet (not on the street side). Perfect cleanliness and comfort. Wifi ok. Hot water not always very very hot. Buffet breakfast always as well stocked and good. Very friendly reception and restaurant teams.
