#服務這是我住過的服務態度最差的民宿。包括但不限於以下行為：1.提前一天以上預訂的，全家在高鐵上還有一小時到，突然告訴我房間不能住讓我換，並且馬上登記，我説我等到地方看看再登記，態度陰陽怪氣施捨一樣地説新房間比你定的貴呢，你退了吧要不。到了新換的房間門密碼給的是錯的等了很久。2.入住後晚上回家孩子鬧要看電視才發現電視是壞的，聯繫客服，客服説沒空，不解決3.第二天就要走了，中午孩子要睡覺可能會晚一些，和客服商量既然你都沒有讓我看到電視住宿體驗感不好，能不能讓我們晚點退房？回覆態度很差，説自己房間很火要不等淡季再來吧。4.警惕性很高聯絡不用電話用微信電話和微信語音，怕我取證，語氣全程非常陰陽怪氣，從頭到尾沒有出現過人。真的，上有老下有小出來旅遊不想折騰，本着忍一忍的態度，被欺負成這樣。#性價比非常差，我以前住的一百多的民宿服務態度都比這個好。#房間設施新換的房間在海南旱季都能潮得擰出水，全家都睡得非常差。陰陽牌子，到了發現民宿的品牌和去哪網上標註的有出入。我會在我有限的朋友圈努力宣傳我認識的所有人避雷這家，真的，第一次被服務欺負到氣哭。

房間離海不遠，視野很開闊，可以遠眺大海。樓下有超市和麪館，對面小區裏面還有業主食堂，車子可以直接停地庫，很方便

服務很好，加被子店家親自送，住的房間在瀚海銀灘，出門是美食街，很方便，小區離海灘很近，清水灣海邊景色也是無敵，但是泳池離很遠而且很小，儘量選擇阿羅哈吧吃喝玩樂都方便

房間有3個卧室，樓上一個小床加書桌和小沙發，女兒一人住上面，很喜歡。大卧室1米8的床帶衣櫃衣架等，次卧床1米5。床品乾淨整潔，和酒店類似，乾爽凈潔無蟎蟲，舒服！枕頭也好睡，有兩個乳膠的，有兩個是高一點的，我習慣睡乳膠枕了。被子也不厚不薄剛好。住了4天，睡眠質量太好了。
房間乾淨好用。廚房也完全Ok，做飯沒問題。洗衣機也乾淨，天氣熱每天都洗衣晾在陽台上。
景觀很好，從客廳，陽台和兩個卧室都能看大海。
小區安靜，漂亮。
離海不遠，走10分鐘到沙灘。沙灘非常好，平緩沙細，海水乾淨。
總之，很值！除了沒有泳池，其他都比星級酒店Good！後面住了四星級酒店，更覺得這裏很棒！
可惜圖片拍少了，房間是漂亮舒適鬆弛的，沒拍出來。

小區就在阿羅哈酒店對面，有地下停車場很方便，佈局就跟家裡差不多，和朋友一起來的，兩個卧室非常好，可以有自己的獨立空間，客廳很大，窗外能看到不遠處的海，心情很舒暢。第一天晚上吹風機壞了，老闆娘立馬給送了一個新的來，服務很贊！

海景超完美，就這個景色就贏了！這個樓很方便，走路十分鐘到沙灘上，下樓就是美食街，去玩和吃飯都很方便。這個美食街吃海鮮好便宜啊，做的也好吃。房間很寬敞，拖鞋洗漱用品什麼的都齊全，簡單的廚具也給的很齊全，床具布草很乾凈，熱水也很好。入住很便捷，老闆姐姐人很好的。
