服務熱情，衞生乾淨整潔，房間温馨寬敞還帶小院，老闆姐姐很熱情，客房清潔人員也很親切，房間價格也很實惠，性價比高！得到的不僅是一次舒適愉悦的入住體驗，還有人間煙火，這就是我對這家酒店的評價，超讚！顧顧得~~房間還有洗衣機冰箱等，不錯不錯

以為離海洋世界很近所以訂了這裏，後來發現其實還有更近的。第一次住康養民宿，之前根本不瞭解“康養”的概念，比較適合長期旅居的人，入住後發現年紀大的人入住較多。就價格（176左右一晚）和體驗感來説嚴重不匹配，體驗感不好。首先我訂錯了連住兩天，入住後協商無法退衹能硬着頭皮住；房間是新裝修，味道很大，垃圾桶、礦泉水都要自己去前台要才給，衞生捲紙也是之前用剩的；第二天提前跟前台説要打掃衞生也沒有打掃；因為頭一天洗了衣服沒幹，入住後又洗了幾件，跟前台要衣架拿了三四個後再要就説沒有；空調幾乎正對着床，不管怎麼調都會吹到身上，影響睡眠；其次因為颱風影響，退房當天我要去陵水站趕火車卻因停運打不到車，原本想付費請房東送我一下，他們以路不通為由拒絕，我衹能在門口掃了一輛哈囉電動車（這是此次旅遊最坑的一個事情，這個車在哪裡借衹能在哪裡還，最後衹能出39調度費了事）然而我花50分鐘騎到陵水站一路暢通，並沒有出現道路不通的情況。最後民宿位置幾乎屬於前不着村後不着店，交通很不方便，門口的哈囉租車更是坑到沒邊，謹慎選擇。

酒店衞生不好，而且去的時候連拖鞋都沒有，你得專門去問他才給你，沒有馬桶套，而且他也沒有那個刷牙杯，衹能拿手接水去刷，有的時候很多蚊子在那邊草叢那邊，大晚上的會有那種蚊子撞擊的聲音時不時的響起，總而言之就是很差。
