Very very good hotel, one of the bast in Sanya. Second year we stay there , very good service. Good beach. Breakfast is ok. Dinner one of the best and good price!

Our stay was absolute joy! The staff, rooms, restaurant, facilities, pools were all superb. I've never stayed at a hotel with friendlier, more helpful staff. Everyone from the cleaners to the reception staff would greet you with a polite "你好". Friendly staff make a huge difference!! I want to mention the Room Manager Aya who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. My family and I would 100% go back. Thank you everyone at Vaperse for the wonderful experience!

We had an extremely disappointing experience at this hotel. Despite making a full payment through Trip.com at the time of reservation for 3 rooms, the hotel staff demanded another full payment upon our arrival. Even after checking out of the hotel on November 21st 2024, I have yet to receive a full refund from Trip.com, as the hotel staff had assured us. This lack of professionalism and transparency caused unnecessary stress during our stay. Furthermore, the security guard refused to let us alight at the main driveway in front of the hotel lobby to drop off our luggage, claiming that it would "block the hotel’s feng shui" as per their boss’s instructions. However, we observed many other cars and guests doing so. This left us scrambling to find an alternative while managing our heavy bags to check into the hotel. Such behaviour is not only inconsiderate but also unacceptable in a service-oriented industry. We will avoid staying at this hotel in the future.

Nice hotel with lots of good facilities really suitable for travel with kids. But seems like designated for local travellers not foreigners.

This hotel is very big - suitable for family. My kid loves the pool and the indoor playground. The staff is very friendly. Our check in staff Eva was very helpful throughout our stay. A couple things: if you are looking for an American resort, this isn’t your place. It’s full of local people. Also there is some renovations going on currently.

Room was spacious and clean. Lots of activities for children, indoor playground was great. Staff was friendly and accommodating to our requests. We had a wonderful stay in Vaperse!

The hotel is gorgeous 👍 I will come again. I was passing through, it was my first choice! I really liked the service! The hotel itself is just great and the rooms! The child did not leave the water park and neither did he! There were only Chinese there, there were no Europeans or Russians at all. We stayed for three nights. You can walk nearby or take a taxi for 12 yuan. There are many restaurants. I recommend it 100%

We chose Wipers for our last stop in Sanya. Butler Xiaolin contacted us one day in advance and provided a lot of useful information. He helped us prepare bed rails, baby toilets, and baby toiletries. He was responsive and had a great service attitude. He also arranged a dedicated check-in hall for us to save us the trouble of queuing. The hotel is clean and bright, with all the facilities, rich breakfast, a super large indoor amusement park, and various play facilities. The beach is also very clean, and all the service staff are smiling. Next time I come to Sanya for vacation, I will continue to choose this place.

The housekeeper Xiao Zhang provided great service and was always responsive. V Park Sister Xia was very caring and patient with the children... The children were lost in the sister's voices of "brother, brother, brother is great 👍 We visited twice and will come again next time... The 11th floor infinity pool was great for taking photos, but unfortunately the weather was bad and we didn't go in the water... We almost didn't get to play in the water world this time, also because of the weather. It was sunny today and we played for a while, but it wasn't enough, so we'll come again next time. Water World 7000㎡: The water world does not feel very big, but the big slide is super big, comparable to the Yat Water World. Our children are too young and not fun. They prefer the children's water castle and bubble party! In addition to these entertainments, there are many facilities, tennis courts, KTV, billiards, rooftop swimming pools, and ice bars at night. Sitting in the water bar, the cool breeze blows, and drinking a little wine, the atmosphere is super great! The children at home said that this hotel is perfect, the service is good, the food is good, and there are so many fun things! 😋😋 Disadvantages: 1. The hair dryer is difficult to use, the noise is too loud, the wind is too weak, and the hair can't be dried even after a long time, so it has to be dried naturally! 2. There are too many people during breakfast... Maybe this hotel is too popular, but catching up with the breakfast rush really affects the mood, especially the various people from all over the world, with high and low quality and good and bad! The housekeeper Xiaoyan's service is very thoughtful, all kinds of inquiries + explanations are very considerate, and the replies to messages are very timely!
