Overall, I was satisfied with the hotel's value for money. It's very close to the beach, a 3-minute walk away. As with most Sanya hotels, the room had a musty smell, which needed a two-hour dehumidification session with the air conditioner. Cleaning was good, and the room had a bathtub. While maintenance response time could be improved, the front desk staff were friendly and responsive. Some furniture had mold spots, but the furniture itself didn't have any odors, making it acceptable. Any issues were resolved by calling customer service. The ocean view was impeccable for the price. The room was large and well-planned, completely uninterrupted by noise from the hallway or neighbors. Note: Breakfast was not included. 14級颱風劍魚經過三亞的時候影響到了陵水，一路心驚膽戰開車，半路很多樹都被吹斷了擋了路，半路我打電話問酒店客服附近有沒有外賣，客服説建議外賣吃好了再入住，因為颱風很多商家網上都停止營業了了。路上實體店也都關閉了，什麼都沒吃到。酒店位置不太好找，是民宿改建的，在外面馬路上看着導航兜了好幾圈才發現是在一個小巷子裏，最後終於平安抵達酒店，前台小哥打着傘出來幫忙提行李，又指導我老公停車（酒店旁邊有個空地可以停車，不過颱風天被水淹了不能停，衹能停酒店門口巷子裏，眼看台風吹倒了巷子裏好多圍牆用的彩鋼板）。進入房間 一眼看過去就是讓人很放鬆的裝修風格，衞生間也很寬敞，倆孩子一人一個沙發椅坐着啃零食，晚上點不到外賣，酒店還免費提供了方便麪和很多瓶裝水應急，這一點非常人性化！這天晚上我們就在房間裏用房間的投影儀刷劇打發時間，這投影還能免費看不少資源的。期間酒店還短訊給住客提示颱風影響可能停電，建議電子設備都充電，提示樓梯有點滑，上下樓梯要小心，非常貼心。第二天是陰天，倆孩子看着房間陽台上的小池子滿眼的不捨，太冷了不能下去玩水。下次來陵水還是要住這邊，性價比拉滿，服務態度也非常好👍
