The room was pretty good. The standard room we stayed in on the first day felt quite spacious, but we couldn't see the night view of the ancient city. So the room I requested to change to a room with a night view turned out to be only a double bed room, so the two large and two small rooms were a bit cramped. But to be honest, the service attitude is still good. Because I have children, the front desk service attitude is also good when I ask for it again and again. Thumbs up for the breakfast. The sound insulation needs to be improved. The family next door had a quarrel at midnight and the noise was quite loud@

A very bad experience. I booked a double room and a twin room. The TV in the double room broke and was repaired and then broke again. The children couldn't watch it. Then the air conditioner broke and it took a long time to fix it. Twin room 406 is even more tragic. There is a large ventilation duct right next to the window. It buzzes and vibrates. The bed next to the window also vibrates. I can't bear to change rooms at 11 o'clock in the middle of the night. I can't sleep after the change. Look at the picture and estimate 306. Same thing. The other two points are very inconvenient, there is no doorbell, and the front desk button on the phone is useless. You have to press 9 to see that there is no sign.

酒店房間的地方很寬闊同時熱水也比較大，服務員小馬也很熱情，洗澡的時候比較舒適，另外酒店裡麪的電視也採用的是高清的液晶電視，晚上睡不着的時候可以享受跟私人影院一樣的視覺效果房間外觀是現代質感的建築，簡潔典雅，靠着琅琊古城景區，走兩步就到，很是方便

店設施齊全，裝修精美且有本土特色，設施電器傢俱基本都是一線的品牌，用起來還是很順手安心的前台小馬服務一流，反應迅速，且前台有很詳細的美食旅遊攻略，酒店裡的香味也很舒服，環境很好很適合拍照房間也很大很安靜

衞生間積水晚上11保安打掃，大浴灑是壞的，衹能用小的，房間沒有配備洗髮水，沐浴露，問前台要才給洗髮水，沐浴露沒給，衞生間返味嚴重，一點不值這個錢，門鎖也是壞的

房間很寬敞，乾淨，高端大氣上檔次。因為我們去的比較早，客房還沒打掃出來，在等待時前台服務員特地額外贈送了四人的早餐券，服務態度非常好。另外，早餐非常豐富，環境很好，户外飲食區直接可以看到景區，體驗感超級棒！

這次出行最差的就是酒店，選了莫蘭迪套房。圖片上顯示可以看到古城內部，有陽台可以出去。我在前台再三確認可以看到古城裡麪，實際上沒有陽台，從窗户看出去都是建築垃圾。6206房間避坑。被子潮濕對於內陸來説怎麼會這麼潮濕呢？還有晚上滴答滴答的水聲，所有出行中酒店體驗最差的一次。要不是考慮到五一沒房間肯定要求換房間的。體驗感巨差。
