This boutique hotel is very well managed and provides a top quality environment and exceptional service that rivals even international 5 star hotels. We were impressed. From pre arrival to departure at the train station, the team follows up closely to ensure you’re well looked after - and if there is ever any question, anyone in the team is very swift to respond. The property sits midway of the village and is situated on higher ground, providing an expansive view overlooking other houses. In room, they clearly spare no effort providing very good quality fittings. The breakfast spread didn’t disappoint and is a very decent array of local and western options. The one highlight and very considerate gesture provided by the hotel was bringing in a private demonstration of Dong cultural singing. The close interaction with these cultural ambassadors was invaluable and very much enjoyable. Lastly thank you to the amazing team running the hotel like clock work including Mr Chen, 小石，小龙 and everyone else whom i interacted with but didn’t get a chance to know all your names! Thank you once again and I look forward to the next time!

Facilities: Two children's playgrounds, a large swimming pool and a small swimming pool, a coffee bar, a restaurant, a lounge area, and a balcony with a view! At least, there are no problems with sanitary dead corners! Environment: It is located on the edge of the entire main street, quiet in the midst of noise! ​​The whole style is also warm and comfortable, which makes people relax! Service: Regarding this point, if you are dissatisfied with the choice, I will lose. Regarding the service, it is really not a problem of one person, but the whole team is very online, making people feel at home, not uncomfortable, and always comfortable! We planned to stay for two days to see if we could extend our stay. However, less than 2 hours after we checked in, my husband and I decided to extend our stay for one more night. Then, the room we originally stayed in was not available. Because each room is unique, we booked a king-size bed room on the 3rd floor. After breakfast on the third day, we asked the staff if the room we wanted to change was ready. In less than a minute, the staff replied that the guest in that room had not left yet. The store might be worried about affecting our going out, so they immediately arranged a parent-child room that had not been sold that day, and helped us upgrade the room type for free. In less than a few minutes, someone came up to help us carry our things to the new room. To be honest, regarding luggage, check-in and check-out, the staff provided enthusiastic service from beginning to end, and never let you worry about anything. For people traveling with a family, it is really considerate! Afternoon tea with a view: We didn’t want to go downstairs yesterday, and we were a little tired. The staff directly sent afternoon tea to the room. It was really heartwarming. The children were also very happy and said they would stay here again in the future! This is a place that makes people linger! Freshly ground coffee: This tastes very good! Seasonal fruits: There are fresh fruits every day, and there is nothing wrong with them! I sigh, domestic B&Bs are really getting better and better! I have stayed in several high-priced B&Bs before, but they were all disappointing. In comparison, Biyin's cost-effectiveness is more than expected🤩 Before arriving at the hotel, they started to form a group to provide professional butler service, free high-speed rail pick-up, free coffee, free afternoon tea every day, clean and refreshing bedding and environment, stable hot water and heating in the room, Dong ethnic group big song performance every night, and souvenirs given when leaving the hotel. Each one brings surprises. Good accommodation really makes up for the sense of loss brought by the rip-off scenic spot 🙂↔️ The only drawback is that although the B&B helped us upgrade the suite, there was a village house under renovation next to it. We were woken up very early every day and did not rest well. It is recommended that guests should not be arranged to stay nearby if there is renovation in the future🥲 As a B&B at this price, there is still room for improvement. Keep it up! I still recommend it! I will come again when the weather is better~

From the moment I placed the order, a service group was established to provide all kinds of relevant information. It was very considerate and I could contact them at any time if I had any questions. From the parking lot pick-up, to check-in, to the wrong way in the village, the housekeeper took the initiative to find me and send me to my destination, to afternoon tea, to breakfast, to check-out and back to the parking lot. The whole process was comfortable, like going home and being received by my family and friends. The housekeeper service of the homestay is very warm and thoughtful. We contacted the arrival time two days in advance and waited for the pick-up service in advance. The guy who picked up the homestay during the day turned into a handsome Dong guy at night and performed Dong songs for everyone. The harmony was very beautiful!
