No enthusiasm from the front desk staff. The breakfast food was very good. The view from the restaurant is superb.
But my child lives in a room at the end of the corridor. There was a machine sound in the middle of the night on the first night. It affected my sleep. I went to the front desk the next day and asked to change the room, and said no. But the noise problem will be dealt with. But there was still the second night, Complained again. Only said to turn off the pool machine. There was no noise on the third night. Does this mean that they did not pay attention to the problems of the guests. So the service is poor.

The staff is even more helpful and courteous than the usual Marriott standard, and the property is located in a nice neighborhood with a stunning view, lots of restaurants and cafes, and a park within easy walking distance. The restaurant in the hotel itself has excellent food and service.

I did not stay, but we ate in the restaurant! I had the rack of lamb which was beautiful!! If truly was! A very nice place and view of the hills of Lisbon! Highly recommend this for couples or for business! Staff were great and made us feel welcome - 7 of us went for dinner

Memmo is located in the most chic neighborhood of Lisbon with fantastic restaurants and cute stores. We checked in at 9p and Rodolfo at the front desk was super helpful in changing our dinner reservation, just an example of their wonderful service. The rooms are very comfortable with fabulous views and the breakfast (included since I'm Platinum) is delicious. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

The hotel has beautiful view and was loated close to any famous great restaurant with great google scores nearby and funiculars. You can use 24E to get to the hotel. We preferred to walk up through the hill to see and feel the old town vibe, cafe, and take some photos.

Outstanding hotel with breathtaking views of Lisbon, quiet guest room, great staff, excellent food and a convenient location for seeing the city. We stayed 6 nights at the hotel and enjoyed every minute. The staff went above and beyond to help with anything we needed. I would absolutely stay here again as the hotel is small, quiet, with top notch service & amenities.

The hotel is well maintained and the staff is superb. Will recommend the hotel to anyone visiting the city. Located on the upper end of Lisbon and within walking distance to most attractions. Above all the staff to us was well trained and professional, looking outside the box for solutions which was appreciated upon our arrival.
