"The hotel is old and in a remote location, which is very inconvenient in the middle of the mountain. Taking the railway back to the hotel at night has to go through a dark path. The bathtub is poorly designed and is very high off the ground, making it prone to accidents. I would not recommend it if you are traveling with the elderly. The biggest problem was that I found a bed bug on the floor. I swatted it to death. I was afraid that if it jumped into the suitcase, I would take it home. This is really unacceptable. After all, I stayed for three nights. The hotel should arrange for pest control and pest control. It has been renovated. It is not recommended for everyone to rent this room in Lisbon."

"First time staying in a Moov hotel and was very impressed, the location we stayed is not far away from the seaside and is also close to some food and shopping places. Hotel is bright, clean and spacious and our room is nice and comfortable. We didn’t have breakfast this time so can’t comment about it, the staff are nice and friendly too. If there is any suggestion to be made I would suggest they write a clearer introduction regarding how to open the room window, as both me and my boyfriend couldn’t figure out how to open the window and had to ask one of the room cleaners to open the window for us, which turns out to be after you turn the window handle 90 degrees you then need to push the window glass hard to get the window open 😅"

"Really cool place, it feels premium and the quality is good. The location is fantastic just right next to a metro station that can bring you to the city center in 15 minutes. Also the area around the hotel is full of really good quality restaurants. The breakfast (First picture) is also pretty nice and delicious. The 2nd picture is lunch in the hotel restaurant. Definitely worth the money paid for it :) Good job!"

"The location is good. Rossio Station, Chiado, and Bairro Alto are all within easy walking distance. It's relatively quiet despite being close to the city center. Initially, I was given a room on the top floor, but the noise from the sidewalk was so loud that I couldn't relax, so I contacted the front desk and was moved to a quieter room. The next day, my room hadn't been cleaned even after check-in time, so I asked the front desk to clean it, but there was no sign of it being cleaned, so I went to the front desk in person to complain. I felt there was a lack of communication between the front desk and the cleaning staff. When I left my luggage at check-out, the front desk staff didn't give me a luggage exchange ticket. Feeling annoyed, I returned to the hotel two hours later to pick up my luggage, but they demanded the exchange ticket. When I explained that I hadn't been given an exchange ticket, they gave me my luggage. Overall, there were many instances where I felt the quality of service was lacking. Given the high price of the accommodation, the lack of attention to detail in the service was particularly disappointing."
