Great hotel. Location was perfect, room was beautiful, and the staff was unbelievable. The hotel was above and beyond on the service from the moment we entered the hotel until we checked out. Complimentary drinks while checking in, the local liqueur in the room, and a complimentary walking tour as well. Breakfast was great. Rooms were very well maintained and updated. Would absolutely stay here again.

The hotel is on the mountain. If you have large luggage, please take a taxi to the hotel!
Attractions such as the Abbey of St. Vincent, the Pantheon, and the Castle of St. Joseph are all within a short walk. The No. 28 tram stop is 100 metres away. Buy a day ticket and the train will depart at any time.
Fresh fruit for breakfast was great!
Snacks, sparkling wine and water are provided free of charge in the lobby every day.

Modern hotel with very tasteful decor. The staff are very, very friendly and attentive. The hotel is right in the center of Alfama, with no public transportation other than taxis/private hire vehicles. The street is quiet, but there are a few tourists and locals late at night. Avoid the lower floors due to noise.
Close to the Portas do Sol and the Santa Luzia viewpoint, with the most beautiful views of Lisbon. I highly recommend it.

It was a great experience. The hotel is located along tram No. 28🚃, at the corner of the slope. Although the neighboring hotels are very close, it felt like a part of the city at the time, which was very friendly. The hotel room is quite big and the sanitary services are good. The overall stay is quite good.
