1.入住以後準備上廁所，貼着已消毒標簽的馬桶，有明顯的尿漬，應該是男性的。這説明，馬桶根本就沒有消毒甚至沒有清理。
繼而想到房間裏的浴袍也貼着已消毒，真的消毒清潔過嗎？衞生問題是最讓人失去信任感的吧。
2.又困又累想要關燈睡覺，結果廊燈壞了，關不了，等了一會兒，技術人員上來。修了一會兒又説不行，要整個電路檢修。我衹想睡覺……
3.客服説可以換房，但是要等隔壁做完清理，我無奈生氣，我真的太累太困急着睡覺啊。而且誰知道隔壁匆匆忙忙做的衞生質量如何呢。
這個價位，這個體驗真的讓人疲憊😫

服務非常好，前台小姐姐都很熱情細心，退房的時候還給寶寶送了拼圖玩具。房間衞生也不錯，床品很舒服，空調風力也足，周邊環境很安靜，晚上沒有什麼車流聲。酒店的餐廳菜品也很不錯，孩子第二天退房了還吵着要吃酒店的炒麪條。房間性價比非常高。

麗水高鐵站打車到酒店十幾分鍾就到了，如果是通過麗水中轉去別的景區，推薦住這裏，趕高鐵非常方便。裝修比較有設計感，設施比較新，早飯品種多樣，性價比高，非常推薦！

春節假期帶全家一起到麗水旅遊，酒店幫忙安排同樓層房間，期間家人在外受傷，前台也幫忙提供碘伏及棉簽，服務非常貼心。酒店裝修很有特色，整體感覺非常舒適，設施齊全。有機會再到麗水的話會再次預訂。
