Jiadeng Hotel

No one at the front desk. The room phone can't get out. There was a power outage at night, and no one answered the hotel customer service phone, and the family was too hot to sleep. Ctrip.com customer service "Goss" is very responsible for helping us coordinate and solve the problem.

In the beginning, I lived on the fourth floor (top of the building)! It was very uncomfortable, the wall was cracked and the decoration was rudimentary, which made my friends and I feel insecure. During this period, I called the hotel many times to ask if there were disposable slippers and the public toilets could not be reached! Looking for Ctrip customer service customer service also said that they could not be contacted. Then my friend and I went out. When we came back, the more we thought about living in the original room, the more uncomfortable we even wanted to check out and buy a ticket. Finally, I chose to try to communicate with the hotel at the front desk, and then the hotel moved us to the second floor! It's very gratifying, the environment on the second floor is much more comfortable than the fourth floor! Only then dared to take a bath and sleep and rest well. I hope to refurbish the rooms that are too old. The fourth floor is really scary, not like a hotel.

這家酒店真的很棒！跟朋友來柳州旅遊，入住體驗超讚，房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，乾淨整潔。床鋪舒適，一夜好眠。酒店服務熱情周到，。周邊交通便利，購物娛樂方便。總之，這次入住非常滿意，下次還會選擇這裏！

在酒店的入住體驗非常愉快。酒店的地理位置優越，方便我探索周圍的景點。房間乾淨舒適，設施現代，確實超出了我的期望。工作人員非常友好和專業，始終樂於幫助。

衞生差評，床單臟污，第二天床單都不換，服務不好第二天床單都不換…… 我提議要留宿的顧客，擦亮眼睛不要搞得入住體驗不愉快… 建議廣大的女性同胞不要入住，到了晚上還有陌生人從門外塞小卡片進來，嚇的當時都要報警了，當時真的是嚇死了…

前台和住宿不在一個地方.環境設施也不怎麼樣

總體來説一般吧！衞生方面沒有網上説那麼差，就一般家裡的水平，不過床單能看見明顯臟污（可能是酒店比較老舊了）前台服務可能是因為就一個人服務方面有點沒跟上，不過態度是挺好的辦理入住確實是要走到另一個酒店前台辦理會有點麻煩

到底是什麼破酒店啊！！！！！奉勸大家！！！千萬別來住！！！！第一，前台阿姨服務態度不好，從另一邊進入，所以沒看到門口的指示牌，就打電話去問怎麼辦理入住，結果一句就很不耐煩的説“沒看到門口的指示牌嗎”看到了我還問你嗎？？？第二，居然還要付100按金，這年頭居然還要付按金？？？這年頭還有那麼落後的操作？？？第三，廁所壞的，我們晚上入住的，結果廁所沖不了水，跟前台説換房，説住滿了，沒辦法。讓前台找人來修，沒找着，也不通知一聲，我們還一直在等。結果連廁所都上不了。第四，來了柳州幾天了，所有酒店都是下午2點退房，就你們家是12點。第五，熱水不熱，洗澡開了熱水就進去，結果水温一直不夠，中途出來打電話給前台，説要開10分鐘才行，什麼破操作啊！！！！誰洗澡能不感冒啊！！！！

廁所很臭位置偏僻，床單被子也不乾淨，廁所燈光很暗而且不是乾濕分離，廁所外面沒有鏡子
