The lady at the front desk was very welcoming. We lived on the 4th floor, and she even helped me carry my luggage up there. 環境挺好，泳池和浴缸是小朋友的最愛！早飯準備的也比較豐富，離店還送了小禮品，服務不能説和大酒店比吧，也算不錯了！
但是，設施需要完善的地方有點多！
第一，二樓所有桌子的吊燈太低了。我身高183，我愛人160！在二樓每次起身不是碰到頭就是碰到肩！
第二，房間沒有筐簍，洗漱後用過的毛巾不知道放哪裡，除了地巾，其他丟地上總覺得不合適！我都是放櫃子裏，想第二天再拿出來，還總是忘！

服務很好，我們住的是頂樓帶露台的，沒有電梯，行李箱都是小姐姐幫我們提上去的，當天去的時候下雨挺冷的，提前給我們把空調打開了很暖心，衞生出乎意料的趕緊，民宿能做到這樣真的不容易，設施也很齊全，位置稍微有點偏不過跟着導航也很好找，唯一美中不足的話可能菜一般，晚飯是在民宿裏吃的，餃子真不錯，火鍋一般，吃完飯空餘時間我們還去了民宿的KTV，效果很好，意料之外，温泉也很舒服，就是有點飄小雨，天氣不給力，總體來説還是很不錯的

房間服務都好好。
入住的時候很貼心，中間跟朋友們一行7人晚上打包了小龍蝦回來夜宵邊吃邊聊天，之後準備自己收拾，民宿工作人員也很貼心表明他們可以來。
走的時候，老闆還在門口送別，並準備了伴手禮
