We spent a week at Chalet Valluga while skiing the local resorts. We were treated like family by the incredibly attentive owners and staff. Cozy and comfortable, the hotel is nestled in Farellones which is practically ski-in and ski-out for El Colorado resort. It is also about a 7 min drive to La Parva (our favorite of the three) and 30 min to Valle Nevado (road conditions permitting). The owners were always available for any needs and questions we had during our visit. They were a joy to chat with about everything and anything. We had to change plans twice due to airline problems and then due to the weather, and we were accommodated without any issues. Breakfast and dinner are included with your stay, and that was huge because there are really just a couple of restaurants in town. Chilean wine, beer and cocktails served at the hotel are delicious. The hot tub is perfect for sunsets, so definitely reserve your spot. We are seasoned skiiers and come for the snow, and this place was absolutely perfect for us to leave the comfort of home skiing in the US and venture out.

Excelente opção em Farellones. Hospedagem muito agradável, muito próxima do Parque Farellones. Oferece um excelente jantar incluso e um ofurô. Possui um ofurô que é sensacional (você fica num ofurô aquecido com a clima frio fora). Funcionários muito simpaticos e prestativos. Recomendo.

Nossa experiência não foinlegal. Não recomendo, especialmente para quem sofre de rinite e tem crianças, bem como para quem preza pela higiene do local e cordialidade no atendimento. Os quartos têm cortina de tecido visivelmente mal higienizadas (e a acomodação em que ficamos tinha carpete, mal higienizado; fiquei muito mal da rinite!!!); a limpeza das acomodações deixa muuuuuito a desejar. Em nossa experiência foi possível constatar que crianças não eram bem vindas e, ademais, o atendimento aos hóspedes em geral não foi nada cortês.

Pousada muito bonita, numa localização incrível, mas falta sensibilidade das pessoas que lá trabalham. Ambientes de uso coletivo não são bem aproveitados, a ideia do hotel é fazer com que os hóspedes não usufruam e fiquem fora do hotel, ou nos apartamentos. Uma pena grande. Os aquecedores externos estão todos amontoados em um canto e não são utilizados. O ofurô, embora seja dito que a utilização é por agendamento, isso não acontece. Colaboradores gentis, mas não deixam os hóspedes a vontade nos ambientes coletivos, dando a impressão de que o hóspede está atrapalhando ao ficar ali.

Quartos extremamente limpos e de bom tamanho, café da manhã super bem servido, jantar diferente a cada dia além de muito bem feito! Ôfuro com direito a taça de vinho e entradinha… Tem carro p levar e buscar no Valle Nevado. Com certeza o melhor custo benefício!!! Dorin é uma anfitriã perfeita, mas a Amaya é a melhor. Rsrsrsrs Vá sem medo e não esqueça de separar um dia p almoçar os defumados q são a especialidade da casa.

Acredito ser a melhor hospedagem da região. O local é extremamente limpo, aconchegante, agradável, os donos são muito atenciosos e a comida é boa. O Chalé fica próximo ao Parque Farellones, é possível ir a pé. Ficamos hospedados duas noites e em todos dias o jantar estava delicioso. Recomendo
