The room is very large and tidy, near the subway station, travel is very methodical. Although there is no front desk, there is a 24-hour online customer service and the response speed is very fast.
The hotel location is very good; I can even walk back to the hotel from Regent Street. However, this hotel has no air conditioning, which I was aware of before checking in. I thought the British weather would be acceptable with the window open, so it wasn't a problem. But the biggest issue is that when I opened the window, the pub downstairs was very noisy. Closing the window made it stuffy and hot. In the end, I called the staff, but they couldn't do anything about the pub located at the hotel. (P.S. I stayed on the second floor and had requested a quiet room in advance.)
The environment is quiet, sanitary and clean, downstairs is the bar to eat, drink and play is very convenient, very like the front desk staff are super cute, the boss is a grandpa are particularly good.๐

We stayed for one night, it is located in a nice area that is close to an underground station. The room was small although cozy, clean and tidy. The breakfast line was a bit of a long wait however the food was good and was a nice atmosphere. But, some of the cubicles were a bit dirty.Overall,it was a nice stay.
It is very close to the British Museum, which can be reached in eight minutes on foot. There are also many supermarkets and restaurants around, which makes life very convenient. The apartment has a kitchen, so you can make some simple food. It is very close to the subway station, so it is convenient to go anywhere.
Warm reception awaited as soon we got into the hotel premises. Due to some technical system update, we had to use temporary code. The staff at that hour, Yan (or Yean) was so lovely to ensure we got into our room. The entire stay went very well and another staff Moritz was very helpful to attend to our needs. Overall, Numa Bloomsbury is a great location, ease of getting around and best of all, it was just about 15 mins walk to Chinatown to get our favourite roasted duck for dinner ๐๐! We noticed that it has also very well equipped work space at the basement for meetings, events, etc. It was a great stay for us!
First of all, the location is good.
It's right next to the British Museum, so you can get there without getting lost.
It's easy to get to anywhere, so it's very convenient.
If you need anything, the owner or guest services will respond immediately.
The room was cleaned properly, and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need. There were new sponges for washing dishes.
Of course, there was detergent too.
I didn't know how to use the washing machine, but I managed to find it by looking at the washing machine's website.
It said that there was detergent, but I didn't know where it was, so I brought my own.
The shower was also clean.
There were basic amenities.
I liked that there were enough towels for the number of people and the number of days we were staying.
My family who went with me liked the heated floor in the bathroom.
I'd like to use it again if I visit London again.
