Great B&B to stay in so close to Victoria Station & in the heart of Belgravia. Very pleasant, quiet area with nice coffee shops & cafes. Staff very friendly. There is a 24 hr front desk. Continental breakfast or an a la carte cooked off site breakfast. We tried the different options & both excellent. The room was very clean, with ironing board & iron & hair dryer in cupboard. Tea, coffee & biscuits provided & bottled water in the fridge provided. The bed was very comfortable & a great size. The bathroom had all we needed but it was the only thing that reduced our rating - dated, sink & shelf above toilet cracked, taps & plug holes corroded. With new fittings it would have been perfection

The staff was so excellent in their service because one offered me a water coffee & tea even if I am just sitting in the lobby and the other helped me to print out my tickets.

Great location, close to Victoria Station, including the Coach Station. Complimentary tea/coffee and pastries due to the restaurant being closed was extremely appreciated. The only let-down was the substandard air conditioning, which wasn’t up to the job this English Summer; however, we were informed that it was being fixed shortly.

Warm and comfortable, but the hardware facilities have a sense of history.
