Good price value considering I booked barely a week in advance. It’s generally mostly guys staying there so you might not feel 100% safe as a woman (as expected) but everyone keeps to themselves so it’s perfectly fine. Staff is nice, location ideal, 10% off on the bar and food (burgers and tater tots are neat), gets a bit noisy for only a short window of time in the evening otherwise it’s pretty quiet. Be sure to bring a padlock, flippers and earplugs (though they sell extras — towels, toothbrushes and paste, earplugs, charger adapters, and padlocks — for an honest price). I reckon staying there as a group could be even nicer. Definitely recommend.

I made a last minute reservation, the location and check-in were very convenient and fast. I am very happy to be in the middle bed in the 6-person women's room, I would like to be closer to the window on my next reservation

Good location not far from Tube station and Shard quarter, easy to find in Union street. Friendly staff. Quiet rooms despite of bar at ground floor. Beds no creaking or wobbling. Toilets/showers enough. Self eating and communicating lounge besides if bar. Bar with wide choise of drinks and meal, not overcrouded. Cheap for expensive London. One only proposal to improvement to perfect is curtains at beds.

Nice place

Good value hostel in an excellent location close to London Bridge, just be mindful there is no air conditioning. Super friendly staff and nice pub downstairs

Lovely to have a pub with Dorrm beds, and such good value:) The staff were very friendly, the food good and I love the back room covered from the elements, with power sockets to work from. The only drawback was the 3-tier bunk beds - I was on the top bunk, and nearly fell off a few times, especially at night when trying to get into bed in the dark without disturbing anyone else :)

Great location, the only negative is there is a lot of Black Mould on the ceiling and walls in the bathrooms

I had to cancel my stay due to sickness. I was 1min over their 24hr policy... A little disapointed they would not process a refund but a great hostel, none the less...

Perfect location and friendly staff. The cleanness is roughly good. Everything else great

It’s a hostel. So you pay what you get. The staff are friendly and courteous. The location is very strategic; easy access to all the locations either by walk or metro. The only down side is the mattress is too soft as it sink in when you lay down. For the whole 4 nights I stayed there, the cleaning lady didn’t clean or throw the rubbish away that in the toilet. Probably the management has to look into this.

Didn’t like the fact that they gave away my already paid room to someone else
