The hotel is in a great location, next to Harrods, 2-3 minutes walk to Harrods. There are many restaurants around the hotel. Walk left from the hotel and cross the road to Hyde Park, which is very large with lakes and green space. The hotel is very clean and has good facilities.

I didn't know that there are three different buildings and I was supposed to book back the one I stayed few years ago. Then they arranged the one at The Capital Hotel which the room is not newly renovated, and the heater/air-conditioner is super noisy. I switched it off all the time.

Luxury small hotel

We absolutely love this hotel. So convenient to Harrods and Sloane Street. Breakfast great.

The location was perfect, walking distance to museums, shops, restaurants, about 50 meters from Harrods

Old. But decent. Lift no working it’s very much annoying. No lobby or a place to seat except the room.

Light and clean.

The property and staff and food are perfect. The elevator did stop working on my last day (of four) and that was a bummer as my room was on the fifth floor. But this is my new “go-to” hotel. Literally half a block from Harvey Nic’s and Harrods. And the people are what made my stay gorgeous. Love this property—and I’m super picky.
