Great location, walk to main places, great hotel

This was not our first stay here and probably will not be our last. Clean, comfortable, quiet, well equipped room mad for two good night's sleep. Breakfast freshly cooked to order.

The only downside was that we couldn’t stay longer. We had a lovely suite (special occasion) which was a really good size and would be super for a longer stay. The bed was huge and really comfy - we had a really good sleep. The hotel was in a good location - about 5-10 minutes walk to 2 tube stations and there’s a bus stop just outside. The area is quiet but close enough to all the main spots.

The hotel was beautifully presented with friendly staff. It was in walking distance to the theatres and was set in a lovely part of London equidistant from two underground stations for convenience.Reception was willing to store our luggage on the last day so we could get around lightly during the day. We thoroughly recommend it and will use the hotel for future visits.

This is one of the best hotels I have stayed in in London. Comfy beds, fantastic bathroom. Perfect location and staff efficient and friendly. Nothing negative to say.

Clean Comfortable Modern

City King Room was larger than expected, had a seating area as well as the large bed! The bathroom was clean and had a separate shower, plenty of hot water too.

The customer service was terrible. No attention to the guests. Check in with a baby was so late after hours of flight and despite having available rooms, we were not accommodated up to the exact hour of 2:30 pm. Staff not helpful at all. The worst stay we had in London.

Modern and clean hotel. The staff were all great, and the restaurants and their staff were also first class.
