We were checked in by an extremely helpful member of staff who took the time to ask us about the purpose of our trip, he also gave us a complimentary upgrade which was really lovely. The breakfast was great,a little on the lukewarm side but we did go down to eat at 9.45. The lovely girl who checked us out also asked about our stay,she was really genuine. We will definitely stay here on our next trip to London.

Not too expensive pretty good place location and staff with amazing amenities

Nice hotel close to the dominion theatre. Good sized room and very quiet. Breakfast was brilliant.

The hotel is in a great location. The British Museum is just across the street and Oxford Street is at the other intersection. SOHO is just south of the hotel, and both are a 10-minute walk away. Breakfast must be included. Breakfast is included. Breakfast is included. I say it three times. The hotel's own restaurant service is simply too good. Chopsticks are also provided. There are always free apples in the lobby, which cost one pound each. The staff are very friendly.

The hotel is an independent western-style building. I just don't understand why there are three hotels of the same brand within a few steps of the hotel. I walked to the third one. The location is excellent and the transportation is convenient. The subway, shopping and dining are all within walking distance. There are Heytea, Hunan cuisine and Shanghai cuisine not far away. The room has windows for ventilation, the towel rail in the bathroom is still warm, and the clothes drying is super friendly. I am satisfied and may choose to stay again

I didn't comment on the hotel before. This hotel is really bad. The room is nearly 5,000 RMB, the windows are small, and the Asian waiter who is chick in at the front desk has a very bad attitude. The room facilities are too bad~ Bed The sharp corners can hurt people... First of all, the kettle is broken, and you will be burned if you are not careful... The hair dryer can't be used, the bathroom is blocked and can't be used... There are 2 elevators in total, one is broken, and a group of people are waiting in line to get on the elevator... Ah Ahh... This is a room worth nearly 5,000 RMB... To protect everyone from lightning, don't choose this hotel... It's really too bad...
