We really enjoyed our stay at Sandy Point. The rooms were very clean and have been updated but maintain the vintage feel of an Adirondack motel. Even the porch furniture looks vintage but seems almost new. The owners were charming and helpful.

I have to say that mywife and I found our perfect vacation spot. From the second we arrived until we left we were thoroughly impressed and loved everything about the place. It started with our hosts Daniela and David. They were awesome and my wife and I felt like we had known the for 20 years. They always had a smile and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. Dave even offered to help me launch my boat and bring it to the dock, as well as retreive it when our stay was done. that saved me a lot of work. The accomodations were amazing and were very private, with our screened in porch. we never shut our slider the whole time we were there. Then there was their private beach which was raked every day. I can't say enough how beautiful it was there and would recommend it 100% to any couple, family or anyone that loves the outdoors. I know we will be going back many times. Oh, and the prices are very reasonable.

The view from the screened in porch looking east out onto the lake was delightful. I sat there for hours sipping a cocktail and loving the experience. The room is good. The hosts are excellent. Nice place.

Beautiful view of the lake from the room and a screened in patio was pleasant. The staff was friendly and the beach is a nice place to take the family.

Sandy Point Motel in Long Lake is a gem. You would be hard pressed to find more accommodating owners. They have thought about the little things and provide a great experience. The rooms have a screened in porch overlooking the lake. The beds are very comfortable. We rented an efficiency with updated kitchen, which came in handy when we hiked out in the dark and the local restaurants were closed for the night. All in all, a great stay!

This was a lovely place to stay in the Adirondacks. Long Lake is right outside the screened in porch. Awesome view. Very nice layout of room and bathroom. Everything was sparkling clean. I would love to go back. Fridge in room, microwave in separate building...no problem. Staff (family owned) were so helpful and pleasant. Don't pass this one up!!!!

The place was perfect. When others jacked up their rates for leaf peeping, David and Daniela did not. They made stay quite pleasurable
