房間很小，而且沒有入户的走廊，直接進來就是床，側邊還有鏡子對床，感覺不太好。廁所也很小，毛巾感覺不是特別乾淨。晚上能聽到隔壁和走廊的聲音，隔音真的差。我在其他地方的維也納，一樣的價錢房間是這個兩倍大。。。

酒店環境位置很好，門口就是免費停車場，還有獨立的側面停車場，停車非常方便，房間設施設備齊全，大堂擺放着茶水，還有餅乾小零食，看得出來這家酒店的服務是非常用心的。值得推薦！

樓層碰到服務員會主動打招呼，感覺很親切。酒店有自助洗衣房、烘乾機、掛燙機，方便我們經常出差見客户的人羣，物品擺放整齊，乾淨衞生，讓人看着很舒服。

身為國際品牌酒店，前台服務態度極差，房間洗手盆居然有口水？杯底有黑點，牆上有裂縫，沙發多處煙頭燙過的破洞，衞生、服務這麼差，都不知道如何管理的？日後都不會再入住龍門維也納的了！
