基礎設施太差，長者要看電視電視遙控器壞的 ，找客房依舊沒有解決辦法，燒水壺壞的，換了還是壞的🙂這些都無所謂，早餐吃出頭髮！無語子，第一次積極的評論

旅遊半個月，住過最臟最差的所謂四星酒店。你一間房子前三張照片，一進房子很腥臭的味道，前台説剛打掃完的原因，我就自己打開窗子通風。準備睡覺拉開床才發現床上有不知名的毛髮，而且不止一根，床單被套都有。聯繫前台告訴我等，等來客房大叔，脾氣很大告訴我過年人多要我理解，我去，床單被套上有毛髮，沒換床單被套還讓我理解，要麼給我換新的，要麼讓我退房，晚上九點了。我帶着孩子，我説給我換吧，人家來告訴我酒店沒有新的床單被套，給我換個房間。我説衹要房間打掃過，床單被套換過就行。我又跑去前台換房，順便給前台看他們沒有換床單被套就讓新的顧客睡的毛髮照片。前台告訴我，新年人多她們人手不夠，衹要不是硬件問題，讓我理解一下。這會已經晚上快十點半了。我忍了，想換間房乾淨就行，湊合睡一晚。換了房間更奔潰，第四第五張照片，馬桶既然都沒有擦，床單上很明顯一塊泥漬，我一個人帶着孩子旅行，孩子害怕説別脱衣服湊合睡一晚。等睡下已經晚上十一點多了。錢花了，但花的很噁心，酒店不換床單被套的事經常聽説，沒想到讓自己遇到，而且酒店的態度讓人覺得這是很正常的。

設施：位置優越，高鐵站對面。行政中心旁邊，距離市政府步行5分鐘。停車免費。服務很好。衞生很好。設施齊全。距離白龍江10分鐘，夜景很美。

房間其他都還行，就是布草不是很乾凈…酒店最基本的床上用品乾淨都沒有做到，四個枕頭，三個都有污漬，有點像廢棄布草的感覺。還有前台接電話不是很專業，有點不耐煩的態度……

房間衞生乾淨，環境好交通便利，還給我們免費送了早餐，房間空間很大，設備齊全，熱水很足，床品舒適，通風也好。很好的一家酒店，:房間乾淨整潔，設施設備非常好，前台接待服務態度非常滿意，對於出差旅遊在外的我們方便極了！非常滿意值得推薦，離火車站很近，服務也不錯，每次出差都住這個酒店。
